The Overhead Flipper Squat<br />
The Lifter cleans the FLIPPER up to their Shoulders via a “FLIPPER Clean” then extends arms and keeping control of the<br />
FLIPPER. The Lifter then performs a standard Squat whilst keeping the FLIPPER controlled with extended arms.<br />
There is an option to increase weight by adding Olympic discs to the Weight Horns in the centre of the device.<br />
