Dru Lassley President and Broker of DB Broker, LLC holds a Bachelor of<br />

Science in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate and Urban<br />

Land Economics. Dru has been a Broker since 1997. His first license was<br />

obtained in California and was held until he gave it up in 2009 deciding<br />

that he no longer needed it. In 1997 Dru began a career in property<br />

management.<br />

He worked for Cook Realty Property Management and then Sacramento Delta Property<br />

Management while living in Sacramento California. In 2004 he relocated to Texas and<br />

soon obtained a Texas broker license. After brief experiments in a couple other fields of<br />

real estate Dru went back into property management. In 2006 he began working for<br />

Hendricks Property Management as a property manager. In 2009 he became their<br />

General Manager. In summer of 2014 Dru left Hendricks to form his own company DB<br />

Broker, LLC.<br />

range estimate and an opinion of your property’s rent price based on our market<br />

Vacancy Marketing<br />

We will advertise your property on the MLS. It will also be submitted to over fifty<br />

available property web sites. Your property will be shown here on our website and will<br />

have a “<strong>For</strong> <strong>Rent</strong>” sign in the front lawn. While your property is vacant we can provide<br />

lawn service and will check on your property to make sure it is keeping it’s curb appeal.<br />

We are happy to cooperate with leasing agents. You’ll find we can provide everything<br />

necessary to find you an excellent tenant.<br />

Applicant Screening<br />

Applicant screening is one of the most important services we provide. We check credit<br />

history, criminal history, rental history and verify income. Anyone over 18 years old who<br />

will live in your property must submit a detailed application and meet our requirements<br />

prior to signing a lease.


Start Here<br />

Before you apply make sure you read the information provided below. Particularly our<br />

tenant selection criteria, the sample lease and the information on rent payment history<br />

reporting. We report rent payment history to Experian’s <strong>Rent</strong>Bureau giving our tenants<br />

the ability to positively add to their credit report when they pay on time. Also, take the<br />

time to read the information about brokerage services and our privacy policy. Once<br />

you’ve done that you can apply online by clicking the “Apply Now” button on any of our<br />

listings. Be prepared to pay the application fees, upload a copy of your drivers license<br />

and copies of paycheck stubs or any other documentation you need for your<br />

application. Upon approval you will have 24 hours to pay the security deposit in<br />

cashiers check or money order. If not paid we will move on to the next applicant.<br />
