livingSTON HOSPICE & palliative care
You matter to the last moment of your life, and we will do all we can, not only to
help you die peacefully, but to live until you die.
— Dame Cicely Saunders, founder of the first modern hospice
On behalf of my sisters and brother,
we wish to extend our heartfelt
gratitude to each staff member
at Livingston for the remarkable
professionalism and inspiring care
rendered to our mother. We will be
indebted to you for providing the
constant care and support to enable
her to stay at her home. We are so
moved by the tree planted in the Los
Padres National Forest in memory
of her. — Daughter, Thousand Oaks
