TECNOIDEAL core technology is based on:

• check of components insersetion by means of vision
system interfaced with PLC of the machine.
Avarage productivity can vary from a minimum of 1200
pcs/h (for complete sets) up to 5.000 pcs/h for simple
subassemblies.

of complete lines for dialyzers assembly
(with all types of membranes), including wetting/
testing and drying of Polysulfone filter.
