B. Board of Directors<br />

Remuneration includes base retainers, honoraria, and other compensation paid to, or on behalf of members of the<br />

Board of the corporation, its wholly owned subsidiaries, and its pension and benefit plans. Taxable benefits are<br />

not included.<br />

Out‐of‐Province Travel Expenses include amounts paid to, or on behalf of, Board members for out‐of‐province<br />

travel.<br />

Other Expenses include amounts paid to, or on behalf of, Board members for in‐province travel and any other<br />

costs incurred on corporation business.<br />

The CIC Board is comprised of Cabinet members and members of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan,<br />

therefore no remuneration is paid.<br />
