ORDER OF APPOINTMENT
(By: Recktenwald, C.J., Nakayama, Acoba, McKenna, and Pollack, JJ.)
Pursuant to Rule 2.4 of the Rules of the Supreme Court
of the State of Hawaii,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that CLIFFORD L. NAKEA, PHILIP H.
LOWENTHAL and JUDITH A. SCHEVTCHUK are reappointed to the
Disciplinary Board of the Hawaii Supreme Court (Disciplinary
Board), for a three-year term effective nunc pro tunc July 1,
2013 and expiring on June 30, 2016.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that CAROLENE KAWANO NEELY is
appointed to the Disciplinary Board, in place of Jean E. Rolles,
for a three-year term effective nunc pro tunc July 1, 2013 and
expiring on June 30, 2016.

IT IS ALSO FURTHER ORDERED that JAMES L. BRANHAM is
appointed to the Disciplinary Board, in place of Dean E. Ochiai,
for a three-year term effective nunc pro tunc July 1, 2013 and
expiring on June 30, 2016.
IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that SHELTON JIM ON is appointed
to the Disciplinary Board, in place of Margaret M. Masunaga, for
a three-year term effective nunc pro tunc July 1, 2013 and
expiring on June 30, 2016.
