Fitness Programs By providing superb fitness programming, the Oval offers opportunities for children, youth, and adults to get active and stay active. We offer fitness programs for EVERYOnE; from rowing and running, to dance and yoga, to martial arts and Kinesis; our programs are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. In addition to our registered fitness programs, the Oval offers: Personal training Workout safely, be challenged, and get results with personal training at the Oval. Our personal trainers design individualized programs to help you achieve your fitness goals. Individual, partner, and small group training is available. Drop-in fitness From yoga and pilates to cycling and step, we have over 35 classes each week to satisfy your fitness appetite. And drop-in classes are free for members! Fitness Centre A massive 23,000 sq ft space with over 100 pieces of the newest strength and cardio equipment. Fitness staff the best in the industry and always here to encourage, educate, and help you succeed with your fitness goals! sport Programs Oval sport Programs encourage youth to thrive, learn and develop sport skills while promoting teamwork and fun. We are committed to instilling the importance of staying active, developing self-confidence, improving technique and teaching new skills. Our programs will challenge and inspire. It is our goal to ensure every young athlete can achieve his or her own excellence in sport.
