Why a bone-health
program?
40% of our bones
are built during
adolescence.
Adolescence is
the most critical time
to get enough bonebuilding
nutrients.
Reaching students
now can help develop
bone-healthy habits
for life.
Research shows
that Alberta kids are not
eating well enough or being
active enough to keep
their bones strong. *
