Regiment; Colonel Frederick Fisher; page 179. He was a farmer and his farm house was<br />

located a few rods East of the present N.Y.C.R.R. station at Tribes Hill. I understand his old<br />

farm home is now owned by a Mr. Post. There were born to David and Hannah Putman, ten<br />

childres as follows: John, Abraham, Isaac, Peter D., and Jacob, sons; Angelica, Hannah,<br />

Margaret, Maria and Alida, daughters." End quote.<br />

York, this being his second marriage. After his death her home was with her<br />

niece, Mrs. Hannah Newton, of Johnstown, Montgomery County, New York,<br />

where she died April 2, 1883. Her burial was in the cemetery of that city."<br />
