Misyonumuz<br />
Most Denizcilik, Türkiye’de petrol ve diğer zararlı madde<br />
döküntüsü konusunda planlama, eğitim, tatbikat ve operasyonel<br />
müdahalenin gerçekleştirilmesi amacı ile kurulmuştur.<br />
• Türkiye’de 14 olan bölgesel yerleşkelerimizin sayısını<br />
arttırmak.<br />
• Tüm “Kıyı Tesislerine” bölge ayırmadan hizmet verebilmek.<br />
• Acil Müdahale hizmetlerimizi Deniz ve İç Sularımızın<br />
tamamında etkin olarak uygulamak.<br />
• Ülkemizin tüm bölgelerinde meydana gelebilecek döküntülere<br />
en geç 6 saat içerisinde müdahale edebilmek.<br />

MOST Maritime was established with the purposes of carrying out<br />
the Planning, Training and Operational Interventions in Turkey on the<br />
subjects of petroleum and other harmful substance spill.<br />
• Increase the number of regional premises in Turkey which are at 14,<br />
• Serve all the ‘’Off-Shore Facilities’’ without differentiating the<br />

Petrol ve diğer zararlı madde döküntüsüne müdahale konusunda deneyimli<br />
personelimiz, Petrol Kirliliğine Hazırlıklı Olma ve Müdahale (OPRC) eğitimi<br />
alarak efektif bir müdahalenin gerçekleştirilmesi için hazırlıklı durumdadır İyi<br />
bir müdahalenin gerçekleşmesi, yeterlik sahibi personel ve sistematik bir organizasyon<br />
yapısının oluşturulmasına bağlıdır. Müşterilerin mevcut kontrol<br />

Eğitiminiz için en iyi eğitim altyapısına sahip kuruluşu seçmek, acil müdahale yapılması<br />
gerekli bir konunun doğuracağı sonuçlar mevzu bahis olduğunda kritiktir.<br />
Takımınızın müdahale öncesi yeterli bilgiye ve operasyonel tecrübeye sahip<br />
olması beklenmeyen petrol döküntüsü durumu ortaya çıktığında önemli bir rol<br />

ile ekibimiz, firmanızın acil müdahale durumunda görev bilincine sahip<br />
takımlar ile en kısa sürede olay kontrolü sağlaması konusundaki teknik ve<br />
operasyonel altyapıyı oluşturur.<br />
Acil Müdahale Planlarının Hazırlanması<br />
Risk değerlendirmesi ve acil müdahale planları petrol ve diğer zararlı madde<br />
döküntüsüne müdahale sürecinin temel parçalarından bir tanesidir. Acil müdahale<br />
planı, petrol döküntüsü gerçekleştiğinde efektif bir müdahalenin yapılması<br />
için kuruluşların uygulaması gerekli operasyonel uygulamaları içeren<br />
dokümandır. Most Denizcilik yalın ve açık bir dil ile detaylı, ulusal mevzuata<br />
uyumlu, müdahale odaklı, müşterinin taleplerine göre şekillendirilmiş planları<br />
hazırlayarak müşterilerini beklenmeyen durumlar karşısında bir adım öne geçirir.<br />
Firmamız bu kapsamda aşağıdaki hizmetleri vermektedir:<br />

Petroleum and Other Harmful Substance<br />
Spills, its Management and Cleaning<br />
Experienced with the petroleum and other harmful substance spills, our staff<br />
is ready and available in order to carry out an effective intervention because<br />
they have received Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Co-Operation<br />
(OPRC) training. Actualization of a good intervention depends on a qualified<br />
staff and on an establishment of a systematic organizational structure.<br />
In addition to the customer’s existing control systems and under the supervision<br />
of their team leader, our staff offers professional support on how to manage<br />
accidents.<br />
Having all the technical infrastructure in order to realize an effective intervention,<br />
our staff plays a key role in the success of the intervention with their<br />
barriers, skimmers, sorbent materials, etc. along with speedy supply of intervention<br />
equipment and professional deployment at the scenes. The time<br />
following the petroleum spill accident, the technical team leaders, from our<br />
Technical Team, who are experienced in managing the first phase arrive at<br />
the scene and provide support in order to keep the operation under control.<br />
Having an effective intervention in coastal, marine and sensitive regions and<br />
supply of cleaning equipment, our staff has the deployment power as well as<br />
the experienced and sufficient infrastructure on taking measures and carrying<br />
out implementations to minimize the environmental impacts.<br />
Petroleum and Other Harmful Substance<br />
Spills Response Training<br />
Selecting an organization which has the best training infrastructure for your<br />
training is very critical when it comes to the consequences that the necessity<br />
of an emergency intervention may bring. For our team have the sufficient<br />
pre-intervention knowledge and pre-intervention operational experience plays<br />
an important role during an unexpected petroleum spill. Our company offers<br />
unique training that is specially created in accordance with the customers’<br />
demands. Our trainers/educators have been authorized by the Ministry of<br />
Transportation, Maritime Affairs and Communications. With their countless<br />
numbers of training experiences, they have sufficient knowledge accumulation<br />
to eliminate the word ‘caught unprepared during an emergency’ within<br />
the petroleum, other harmful substances and maritime sectors and also have<br />
sufficient training abilities. With the field exercises and internal exercises carried<br />
out related to the petroleum and other harmful substance spills, our team<br />
prepares the technical and operational infrastructure on ensuring a speedy<br />
event control for your company with their team who has the sense of duty<br />
during emergency intervention situations.<br />
Preparation of the Emergency<br />
Response Plans<br />
Risk assessment and emergency response plans are important basic components<br />
of the intervention process of the petroleum and other harmful substance<br />
spills. The emergency response plan is a document that contains the<br />
necessary operational practices that should be adhered to by the companies<br />
in order for an effective intervention to be carried out when the petroleum spill<br />
occurs. Most Maritime puts its customers one step ahead against unexpected<br />
situations by preparing, with a clear and simple language, plans which are<br />
detailed, in accordance with national legislations, intervention-oriented and<br />
tailored to the customers’ demands. In this context, our company provides the<br />

• Acil Müdahale Teknelerimizde 7/24 Saat esasına uygun olarak en az 4<br />

• Her bölgede ayrı olarak Bölgesel Koordinatörlerimiz tesis yöneticileri ile<br />

• First response equipments (200 meter open-sea barrier, 1 skimmer, a<br />
sufficient amount of sorbent material, floating storage tank, etc.) which<br />
are used in Level 1 Operations are always ready and available on the boat.<br />
• In accordance with the 7/24 fundamental, we keep at least four (4) staff<br />
members in our Emergency Response Boat.<br />
• Located separately in every region, our Regional Coordinators are constantly<br />

Genelge kapsamında Kıyı Tesislerinde görevli olan personelin alması zorunlu olan ve 5 yıl geçerliliği devam eden OPRC ve HNS eğtimleri<br />
Seviye 1 ve Seviye 2-3 olarak bir eğitim programı ile tesislere sunulur.<br />
Masabaşı çalışmalarından, Uluslararası Hukuk boyutlarına, döküntünün toplanması, güvenli bir şekilde muhafazası ve bertarafına kadar<br />
olan sürecin tamamının anlatımı, teorik bilgileri ve Acil Müdahale esnasında kullanılan ekipmanlar bu eğitimler kapsamında gösterilmektedir.<br />
Within the scope of the Circular, it is mandatory for the staff working at the Offshore Facilities to have the 5-year OPRC and HNS trainings<br />
which are valid for five (5) years; therefore they are offered these with a training program as Level 1 and Level 2.<br />
Explaining the whole process starting from working behind a desk to the international law aspects, from debris collection to the safely<br />
storage and disposal of it are shown within the context of these trainings along with theoretical knowledge and the equipments used<br />
during Emergency Response situations.
