Three Arrests in October Home Invasion Robbery
After a lengthy investigation, three men have been arrested and
charged in connection with the home invasion robbery that
occurred on October 23, 2012 at 403 Tahiti Lane in Lake Placid.

In this case the victim, who was preparing to leave his home, was
confronted outside the residence by two armed suspects. The
suspects restrained the victim, removed the jewelry he was
wearing and led him back into the house. At this time a third
subject came into the house and the three men removed
additional jewelry and televisions from the home. All three men
subsequently fled the scene in the victim’s truck leaving him
restrained in the house. The victim was eventually able to free
himself, call 911 and deputies responded to the scene.

Sebring and Antonio Jefferson, also 20 years old, of 4415
Alcanterra Ave., Sebring have been arrested and charged with
Armed Robbery, Armed Burglary and Armed Kidnapping in this
case. The third suspect, 18 year old Christopher Kenon of 1680 N.
Delaware Ave., Avon Park, is already in custody having been
arrested in the recent robbery at Pizza Hut restaurant in Sebring.
Kenon will also be charged with Armed Robbery, Armed
Burglary and Armed Kidnapping in this case.
Detectives continue to put pieces together that may connect
these suspects to other robberies in the area, therefore, anyone
