Professional Background<br />

David Walwyn has been an active leasing and investment broker for<br />

<strong>Newmark</strong> <strong>Cornish</strong> & <strong>Carey</strong> in the North Bay since 2007, specializing in<br />

office, retail, and industrial transactions. Mr. Walwyn began his<br />

commercial brokerage career working with the San Francisco multifamily<br />

brokerage team at Insignia ESG in 2000. He returned to Marin in<br />

2003, serving as director of research for Orion Partners Ltd. before its<br />

acquisition. Prior to joining Insignia ESG, Mr. Walwyn was an accounts<br />

manager and tech advisor for REALFACTS, a multi-family data<br />

publishing firm based in Novato.<br />

Mr. Walwyn is a member of the International Council of Shopping<br />

Centers (ICSC) and regularly attends retail conferences and workshops.<br />
