Professional Background
David Walwyn has been an active leasing and investment broker for
Newmark Cornish & Carey in the North Bay since 2007, specializing in
office, retail, and industrial transactions. Mr. Walwyn began his
commercial brokerage career working with the San Francisco multifamily
brokerage team at Insignia ESG in 2000. He returned to Marin in
2003, serving as director of research for Orion Partners Ltd. before its
acquisition. Prior to joining Insignia ESG, Mr. Walwyn was an accounts
manager and tech advisor for REALFACTS, a multi-family data
publishing firm based in Novato.
Mr. Walwyn is a member of the International Council of Shopping
