Cal <strong>Cup</strong> Guidelines<br />
For all participants and supporters<br />
The <strong>California</strong> <strong>Cup</strong> Tournament Organizing Committee prides itself in conducting a family event. Players of both<br />
genders, from many nations, 5 to 80 years of age enjoy these four days of hockey competition. Older players are<br />
role models for the youngsters and should set an example that shows our sport in the best light. In the interest<br />
of allowing everyone to have a good time, please observe these guidelines. Your cooperation will enhance the<br />
<strong>California</strong> <strong>Cup</strong> and hockey.<br />
1. Respect for the young players, their parents and the State Law dictates a policy of no drugs, smoking or alcohol (without<br />
permit) on the campus of either Moorpark College or other Cal <strong>Cup</strong> venues. Smoking is permitted in parking lots only.<br />
A sponsored beer garden, available to individuals who are 21 years or older, is located adjacent to the Super Divisions<br />
Field. Campus Police are required to confiscate any prohibited items found on the college campus.<br />
2. Players, supporters, spectators or others who engage in inappropriate behavior on or off the playing fields, will have the<br />
circumstances reviewed by the <strong>California</strong> <strong>Cup</strong> Disciplinary Committee. It is expected the decision of this committee will<br />
be supported by the Campus Police if necessary.<br />
3. Trash cans are distributed throughout the playing area.Your help in keeping the facilities clean is appreciated.<br />
4. Our printed schedules are accurate and up to date when they are printed; however, they must be viewed as tentative<br />
as conditions may change.<br />
5. Camping is not permitted on the campus of Moorpark College. A campground is located three miles from the<br />
college on Los Angeles Avenue between Moorpark and Simi Valley.<br />
6. Parking next to the Super field is to be done at the risk of the vehicle owner.<br />
7. Please enjoy the tournament and good luck in the competition.<br />

inside the gated area. This remote area is ONLY for<br />
those who are 21 years of age and older with VALID<br />
ID. No guests allowed without ID, no children, no<br />
exceptions.<br />
