Step 1 – Getting Started Right<br />

Before you sponsor anyone, you need make sure you set yourself up for success from Day 1. This<br />

includes agreeing to the Core Commitments, and setting up your business & website correctly.<br />

tutorials that show you step-by-step on how to market your<br />

business, how to sponsor people and how to train your new<br />

duplication. You will never get rich retailing your product...<br />

Business Tip:<br />

If you’re having a bad day, never consult with your downline, always speak to your upline. You will poison your<br />

business if you complain to your downline. Your downline can interpret your frustration as signs of quitting.<br />

You have the potential of shattering people’s dreams because something is not going your way. Do not be<br />

selfish, this entire business is built on team effort. Be honest with yourself and do not confuse effort with<br />

Step 3 - Determine Your Why<br />

Why are you here? What is it that drives you to do something different to change your financial future?<br />

Where will you be in the next 3-5 years financially? What really motivates you?<br />

You see no matter how much training you receive from us, no matter how many meetings you attend,<br />

there is one thing we cannot do for you. You need to determine your why. You need to find the one thing<br />

that will give you the burning passion to succeed and to change your life.<br />

You need to be crystal clear when determining your why. If your why makes you cry just thinking about it,<br />

then you’re <strong>90</strong>% of the way there.<br />

Take the time now to determine your “why”. Write it down and come back to it on a daily basis as you<br />

build this business over the next <strong>90</strong> <strong>days</strong>.


Step 4 - Set Goals, Become A Leader<br />

Goals are different from dreams or fantasies. I want to be a millionaire is not a goal. It is a dream or<br />

fantasy. I will be making $10,000 per month within 6 months is both specific to the dollar amount and a<br />

time line has been given. That is a goal.<br />

Goals are measurable and in order to reach and obtain those goals there are 4 important things to keep<br />

in mind.<br />

1. Your desired goals need to be very specific and crystal clear.<br />

2. You have to set a time line. (Realistic to you.) MAKE A COMMITMENT!!<br />

3. Share your goals with your team. (We all want to see you reach your goals.)<br />

4. You need to write them down or it doesn’t<br />

count.<br />

Here are 3 things we ask all our team members to<br />

commit to:<br />

- Personally sponsor 3 people in your first 2<br />

weeks<br />

- Teach your 3 people to do the same within<br />

their first 2 weeks<br />

- Duplicate this process for your first <strong>90</strong> <strong>days</strong><br />

in the business<br />

If you set this goal and successfully achieve it each<br />

month, you will already be making a full-time<br />

income and will be well on your way to creating a<br />

lifelong 6 or 7 figure income.<br />

Did you know that over 50% of people quit in this<br />

industry within their first 4-5 months? Did you also<br />

know that over <strong>90</strong>% of the people that follow a<br />

success system like this for at least 1 year achieve<br />

the income goals they have set?<br />

For this reason we ask that you commit to staying<br />

in this business for at least 1 year. Give us 1 year, without switching programs or system, getting<br />

distracted or quitting altogether. If you can do this, it will be difficult for you not to achieve financial<br />

freedom in this business.<br />

Lastly, share your written goals with your upline sponsor and talk about them frequently to keep you on<br />

track as you build towards them.<br />

Business Tip:<br />

Do you want to reach your goals sooner than later? Get yourself an accountability partner, preferably in the<br />

same business. Review your goals daily. In the beginning it seems like nothing is moving, but if you keep your<br />

goals close to you, you’ll notice momentum in a short period of time.


Step 5 - Build A List<br />

If your business opportunity was good enough for you, then there are over 380 million people in the<br />

United States alone that might think so as well. I get people all the time that tell me... “I don’t like talking<br />

to people.” or “I’m not a people person.” I only have two responses for them. Either get over it or go get a<br />

job. We are in the people business. We speak with people everyday of our lives. You might as well get<br />

paid for speaking.<br />

Get out your cell phones and open the address books, check your contacts in your e-mail program and<br />

start to make a list of people to introduce this wonderful opportunity. Use the memory jogger on the<br />

website to help you. Build a list of at least 85 people. Aim for 200.<br />

Step 6 - Develop a Millionaire Mindset<br />

Throughout my career, I’ve come to the conclusion over the years that what sets the rich apart from the<br />

poor has a lot do to do with their mindsets. Which one do you want to be? Don’t settle for second best.<br />

It’s not that hard to make money, all you have to do is follow a proven system.<br />

Don’t hope results, expect results. There is no such thing as luck. You create the results in your life, and<br />

when you project yourself as successful, you will<br />

attract successful people around you.<br />

Our business is <strong>90</strong>% mental.<br />

Over 10 years ago when I used to work a 9-5 job, it<br />

was interesting to hear the conversations around<br />

the water cooler and break rooms. What was more<br />

interesting is that some weeks and even months<br />

later, I would hear same stories and same drama:<br />

People complaining about certain issues in their<br />

lives with their spouse, family and friends. It’s like I<br />

was in a time warp going back in time. Very few<br />

people would talk about the future and things they<br />

wanted to do or accomplish.<br />

I say this because on occasion I’ve run into some of these people... and guess what? That’s right... same<br />

drama. But guess what? I’ve also ran into some of those that did not feed into the drama and would<br />

always talk about future events and things to come. These people actually moved on with their lives and<br />

many are living what they talked and dreamed about. Somehow these things manifested in their lives.<br />

There are many studies out there proving that what we think about we bring about. That’s why it is very<br />

important to take pen to paper and physically write down your goals. When you write it down, your brain<br />

helps to visualize your desires.<br />

In 1953 Yale University performed a study on its graduating class. The study asked a series of questions<br />

in regards to goal setting. They asked the graduates if they had planned out the rest of their lives and if<br />

they knew what direction they were headed. Interesting enough approximately 3% of the graduating<br />

class had actually written out a plan.<br />

20 years later in 1973 Yale University contacted the surviving members of the graduating class of 1953<br />

for a follow up study. The original 3% of the graduates that had planned out their lives on paper were very<br />

well off financially. So much so that their combined income was more than that of the 97% graduating<br />

class COMBINED!!<br />

You see, they graduated with a millionaire mind-set and they reinforced their thoughts and ideas on<br />

paper. It’s a proven fact that something happens in your brain when you write things down.<br />

I can go on for hours on this subject, but believe me, take this to heart and apply it NOW. It will literally<br />

act as the plumb line determining your success or failure in this business.


Step 7 - Contact and Invite<br />

One of the biggest mistakes people make in this business<br />

is that they become secret agents. Nobody knows who<br />

they are, they go underground and expect their business<br />

to grow without them doing anything or ever talking to<br />

anybody about their product or opportunity.<br />

The second mistake most people make is that they<br />

prejudge people. Over the years I’ve noticed some of the<br />

most unlikely people are the ones making multiple six<br />

figures per month. We have the tendency to try and target<br />

people that have sales backgrounds.<br />

My observations have also shown that sales people tend<br />

to always move on to what they think is the next best thing. Very few of them actually stick around to see<br />

it through to the end.<br />

Then there’s the really smart ones. Some of us try to sponsor people that are very smart thinking they will<br />

see the big picture with the big dollars and get all excited.<br />

Once again, my experience has shown that most smart people suffer from paralysis from analysis. They<br />

tend to over analyze everything to the point that they convince themselves that it’s not going to work or<br />

that it will take too much work to make any money.<br />

If we are marketing a juice or vitamin, they will most likely find something in the product that they claim<br />

might hurt someone or that there is not enough scientific data. In all my years in the business I’ve never<br />

known of anybody ever dying or getting sick from the results of product marketed through direct sales.<br />

Average people just like you and me are what makes this business a $100 Billion Dollar a year industry.<br />

Mention this opportunity to anybody you make contact with. Don’t be shy, because if you don’t mention it<br />

to them, they will be mentioning it to you 3-6 months down the road and you’ll be kicking yourself saying<br />

that you should have talked to them first. You never know if someone will say yes or no unless you ask.<br />

You don’t know when it’s “the right time” to make a move on life.<br />

Another thing, this isn’t for everyone, and that is OK. ACCEPT IT!! Not everyone has the same wants and<br />

big enough why’s like you do, it could be timing, and not everyone is willing to put a little effort every<br />

week to become financially free.<br />

It is not a mistake why 3% of the population make all the money in the world. They receive residual<br />

income from systems they or their family have built over time, and yes some may have inherited it. So<br />

isn’t it worth it to give it a go? I think so.<br />

In the end, don’t over complicate the system. We have a product and we have a system to promote the<br />

business opportunity.<br />

Don’t make the mistake of talking too much. Instead let the system and the tools do the talking for you.<br />

Peak people’s interest in under 2 minutes then lead them to the prospecting tool to get more<br />

information.


How To Prospect<br />

The entire purpose of a successful approach is to drive prospects to an<br />

exposure tool like www.FullFusjon.com without triggering any stereotypical<br />

biases.<br />

Regardless of the person you’re approaching, the wording should be a<br />

variation of the following:<br />

“I’ve been fortunate to find a one-year cash flow system that allows anyone to earn $30-50 thousand a<br />

month and retire in one to three years. If it’s for you, you’ll know in 10 minutes. Check out<br />

www.FullFusjon.com and call me if it intrigues you and I’ll send you to a virtual tour that will describe the<br />

entire business.”<br />

(We recommend getting your own domain name and forwarding it to one of the landing pages we’ve<br />

created for you. This way prospects go into the autoresponder funnel which will help sell them on the<br />

business for you. Visit the “Setup Your Website” link in the members area to learn how to do this.)<br />

It doesn’t matter whether you’re talking to a friend over the phone or a stranger in person. Your only goal<br />

is to see how many people will follow your instructions and call you back if they’re interested in doing<br />

more research. It’s all a numbers game.<br />

Do not allow anyone to take control of your approach or talk you into a discussion about the business.<br />

Remember we all create “schemas” which is how our brains organize information. We have schemas for<br />

everything and often they are wrong. Schemas are biases.<br />

Most prospects have created schemas about our industry and they’ll automatically respond based on the<br />

past.<br />

Objections” section of this manual.<br />

The goal of every initial approach is the same no matter who your prospect is…get him or her to the<br />

exposure tool before the presentation.<br />

The best way is to talk about big money and free time, then send them to the exposure tool. When they<br />

call you back, do a presentation. That’s when you teach them everything about the business, often using<br />

the FullFusjon site to help you do that.<br />

Some distributors refuse to talk about $30,000 - $50,000 a month. Big Mistake!<br />

Some Distributors hand out business cards with the company logo. Big Mistake!<br />

Some Distributors are seduced into discussing the opportunity during the initial approach. Big Mistake!<br />

It really doesn’t matter what you discuss prior to the scripted question I gave you earlier. You can pick<br />

any point during a brief visit and pose the question, but once posed, drop all further discussion until<br />

they’ve reviewed the exposure tool. That’s the key.


Utilize Your Replicated Web Site<br />

The reason our replicated web sites are so effective is because they are designed to capture the visitors<br />

attention using Attraction Marketing techniques.<br />

Company web sites are designed to only talk about the product and compensation and have not been<br />

designed using proven online marketing techniques that work. For this reason company web sites do a<br />

poor job of converting your sales leads. Only send people to your company replicated site as an<br />

additional resource they can check out once you’ve spoken to them in person or on the phone.<br />

You need to understand one thing. The company and company products are strictly a vehicle. Our web<br />

sites are designed to sell a lifestyle or business opportunity. At the end of the day, we’re all here to make<br />

money. We could be selling cotton balls and our web sites still convert views to sales.<br />

customize. We will even show you how you can design your own landing pages, using your very own<br />

video, ad copy and autoresponders. How’s that for personal branding!<br />

The simplest way to utilize our sites is for you to register a domain name at GoDaddy.com. There is a link<br />

in the Full Fusjon members area. Domains there usually cost approximately $9 per year. There is also a<br />

video at Full Fusjon that shows you how to register and forward your new domain to one of our replicated<br />

web sites.<br />

When a potential lead visits your web site, they will have the option to enter their personal information.<br />

Once they enter their information and press submit. They are sent to your Full Fusjon personal website.<br />

That lead is then put into the autoresponder system and sent a series of compelling emails over the<br />

course of the next 2 weeks, after which they will be begging you to join!<br />

Once you get the lead, it is imperative that you contact that person immediately to see if you can answer<br />

any questions. The longer you take to follow up, the colder the lead gets. You see, people sometimes surf<br />

the internet for business opportunities and will forget which web sites they’ve visited. We convert<br />

hundreds of people because we call them right away.


Step 8 - Attraction Marketing<br />

The Social Networking Phenomenon<br />

Using Attraction Marketing we’re going to show you how to take advantage of FREE sites using the now<br />

popular Web 2.0 Social Networking marketing technologies to drive all the traffic you can handle for little<br />

work. At the same time, it makes you out to be an expert in your desired niche.<br />

You need to be a leader not a follower. The faster you stop relying on your upline, the faster and fatter<br />

your bank account gets.<br />

You see, it doesn’t matter whether your lead capture system is online or through home meetings. You<br />

still need to drive foot traffic or online traffic so people can see your presentation, opportunity or lifestyle.<br />

In our opinion you need to do both to reach the top levels in your organization the fastest, but this is not<br />

required, some of you will excel without ever doing a home meeting.<br />

In my professional opinion if you are promoting an online opportunity, you can probably double your<br />

enrollment by doing home meetings. Think about it, how many people have you ever met in person that<br />

makes all their money online? You read and hear about them, but never actually meet them. They’re<br />

virtual.<br />

Don’t you think others would want to meet and ask questions if you were one of these individuals? Are<br />

you starting to get the picture here about Attraction Marketing?<br />

There is no such thing as clicking a button, and going on vacation unless you have a ton of money to buy<br />

into or build a system from scratch, and if you do have a ton of money then why would you even waste<br />

your time doing this?<br />

In either case it still comes down to time or money. Both of which you’re trying to acquire or else you<br />

wouldn’t be reading our Fast Start Training.<br />

Once you sponsor people, you also need a system that is easy to duplicate. In this business if you don’t<br />

duplicate, you don’t make any money. Duplication is the key to your success.<br />

There is something about that face-to-face meeting either at a home or hotel that is very hard to do<br />

online unless you use a webcam. That electricity that is in the air when someone gives a powerful<br />

message is what people feed off of and is the essence of why social networks attract.<br />

The Secret Behind Attraction Marketing<br />

At a very minimum go to FaceBook and YouTube and create a free account. Post your daily activities<br />

about your business opportunity. Join groups that you’re interested in like cycling, cooking, martial arts,<br />

sports, etc.<br />

FaceBook has over 320 million users with over 5 million new users added every week.<br />

YouTube has over 120 million Americans alone that visit the web site monthly.


When using these web sites, do not over sell people on the<br />

opportunity. Simply mention what you’re doing... ie: Working<br />

on my web site, going through training, etc. People don’t<br />

want to be sold, but they will follow your story over time.<br />

You will start to see a steady flow of followers that in return<br />

become customers. Do not spam the system by over posting.<br />

You will either get flagged by the system or by users of the<br />

network.<br />

We have videos in the Full Fusjon members area that go into<br />

greater detail as to how to effectively use these networks to<br />

attract an ever ending supply of interested people. It is easier<br />

to demonstrate in a video than in writing.<br />

If you are interested in building a mega downline over time,<br />

study the illustration on on the right. It will give you a greater<br />

understanding as to the formula we use to sponsor<br />

hundreds of people per month.<br />

You have to create something of value for people to follow. Doing that creates attraction which in return<br />

builds abundance.<br />

For the average person, it will simply be an honest story about their adventures into this new business<br />

opportunity. Not everyone will connect with you immediately. In matter of fact with YouTube, it usually<br />

takes about 30 <strong>days</strong> worth of posting videos where you will finally get a steady flow of people interested<br />

in what you have to say.<br />

You should get some light inquiries during the process, but many people don’t start showing an interest<br />

until they see that you’ve been posting for a while. That is why you cannot quit posting.<br />

People monitor your activity.<br />

Nobody wants to join with a quitter.<br />

Again, be honest and don’t script out your responses on video or by posting your thoughts on Facebook or<br />

Twitter. Refer to our videos in the Full Fusjon members area.<br />

If you’re posting videos on YouTube, use the free service KeepVid.com to download your videos from<br />

YouTube and then login to your FaceBook account and post (upload) you video to your Facebook Wall.<br />

When you have a downline on YouTube posting videos, make sure to login to your account from time to<br />

time and rate your downline’s videos. This will give them a higher ranking on the searches over time.<br />

Step 9 - Follow Up & Handling Objections<br />

Most people can double their enrollments if they simply<br />

follow up on their prospects.<br />

Such a simple concept, yet this is the number one fault of<br />

new distributors.<br />

After you’ve shown or talked to someone about the<br />

opportunity, put them down on a schedule to follow up.<br />

Don’t expect them to call you, in fact they usually don’t<br />

unless you happened to dazzle them with your presentation.<br />

Follow up on with your prospect 2-3 times over the next<br />

week. Don’t bug them, simply call them for a follow up and<br />

ask them how they liked the product.<br />

Tell them you’re looking for some positive feedback about<br />

your business opportunity.<br />

Always ask positive guided questions like:<br />

I’m looking for some positive feedback, what did you like best about the business opportunity?<br />

If all you had was a few hours per week, how much extra money per week would make it worth it?<br />

These sample scripts can also be modified for e-mail, phone follow up conversation or voice mail.<br />

Handling Objections<br />

What can I say... we live in a very negative society. It’s<br />

no mistake that only 3% of the population makes 97%<br />

of all the income in the world.<br />

You need to remember what we’re dealing with. You<br />

have decided to get involved in a multi-million dollar<br />

business opportunity. Not everyone you run into will<br />

have the same wants and desires that you have. Some<br />

people around you like your friends and family are<br />

usually the first to give you grief about this new<br />

business you’ve decided to get involved with.<br />

Most of the time it’s because they’re just trying to protect you because maybe they’ve tried something<br />

and it didn’t work out for them. With others it’s because they don’t like other succeeding at something<br />

while their stuck in their dead end jobs.<br />

Over the years, I’ve done some exhaustive surveys with many current and former network marketers. For<br />

those former network marketers that never made any money or quit after a short period of time the<br />

results pretty much landed into two categories.


Category One: It’s a scam, Those Things Never Work, I Got Ripped Off<br />

After investigating deeply into their activities, the final result was always the same. They either never<br />

followed a system or the time they claimed to have spent every week working on the business was<br />

nowhere near what they originally claimed. If you’re committing to 3 hours per week, make sure it’s a<br />

solid 3, not 3 hours watching kids or TV trying to build a business all at once.<br />

Category Two: My Sponsor Went Into The Witness Protection Program<br />

This one really baffle’s me because those sponsor’s that disappear once you sign up don’t realize how<br />

much money they could be making if they provided a little support.<br />

The moral of the story is to study the compensation plan, talk to your upline, get plugged into the system,<br />

know your product and don’t worry about objections..<br />

Most Common Objection Examples:<br />

Objection: “My monthly auto ship is too expensive.”<br />

Answer: “What if I can show you how to get your product for FREE?”<br />

Your objective as a sponsor is to help your downline get their product paid for over a short period of time.<br />

Calculate how many people they need in their downline to get their product covered and help them<br />

layout some sponsoring goals. Make sure to give yourself a time and commit!<br />

Objection: “I can get a similar product for a lot less money at Costco.”<br />

Answer: “There might be similar products on the market. Our product may or may not be the lowest<br />

priced on the market. We are simply a distribution channel and our company ships millions of dollars of<br />

product every week. Does Costco pay you a referral fee every time you send someone to their store...<br />

probably not.”<br />

Don’t get into an argument on who’s product is better or cheaper. It’s a no win scenario with certain<br />

people. We get paid to market products via direct sales. Cotton balls or Juice... it doesn’t matter. The<br />

product is the vehicle and we are the distribution channel.<br />

Objection: “I don’t have enough time?”<br />

Answer: “How much time do you think it’s going to take?”<br />

Answer: “How much money per week would make it worth your time?”<br />

Answer: “That’s exactly why I got involved, because I didn’t seem to have enough time to spend with my<br />

family and friends. Now my friends and family all work together on this new venture with me. We’re<br />

spending time together having fun making money.”<br />

Business Tip:<br />

Focus on the positive. There isn’t such a thing as a perfect company or perfect product. Work with what<br />

you have and enjoy the process. As you build your business and become proficient at Attraction<br />

Marketing, your business will continue to grow steadily and the objections will seem to disappear over<br />

time. Have confidence.


Step 10 - Duplicate Yourself<br />

Remember what we said on page one? You will never get<br />

rich retailing your product. You need to sponsor people and<br />

teach them to duplicate.<br />

So how do you do this?<br />

Have them follow this exact same system. Until you have<br />

mastered all aspects of Attraction Marketing, do not alter<br />

what is already working.<br />

Make sure all your downline is plugged into the training. Give them a<br />

copy of this and walk them through every page and then review the 10<br />

steps as outlined at the end of publication.<br />

Don’t reinvent the wheel. Have them do every step as outlined just for<br />

you. Once they get the hang of the entire program, they can if they wish<br />

alter or customize to their personal needs. Talk to them about what has<br />

worked and hasn’t worked for you but have them go through each step.<br />

What didn’t work for you might work for them. Our system is proven and<br />

is in use every day.<br />
