During the 22" d Century Earth and Draconia are the two main empires in the Galaxy. The<br />
people of the two empires are very much alike in the make up of their personalities and<br />
outlook. Yet the two distrust each other greatly and wars between the two have been both<br />
frequent and fierce. Draconia is ruled by a hereditary emperor, who spends much of his time<br />
debating policies and government with the heads of the powerful <strong>Draconian</strong> noble families.<br />
The Emperor constantly strives to forge a lasting peace with his galactic neighbor; Earth.<br />

The <strong>Draconian</strong> Army is well established and very well organized, with a strict command and<br />
control structure. On a detachment level, units of <strong>Draconian</strong> Soldiers are led by a commander<br />
who has a role similar to a human sergeant. In the absence of a commander <strong>Draconian</strong> soldiers<br />
are quite capable of going into action on their own.<br />

In appearance <strong>Draconian</strong>s have a humanoid look, they stand just over six feet with an<br />
extended dome shape forehead and a face covered with thumb-sized lumps.<br />
<strong>Draconian</strong> soldiers are uniformed in green robes with large wing like shoulder pads and tend<br />
to be armed with a large laser pistol.
