The Padma Puräëa has stated:
na karma-bandhanaà janma
vaiñëavänäà ca vidyate
viñëur anucaratvaà hi
mokñam ähur manéñiëaù
“A Vaiñëava does not take birth under the jurisdiction of karmic
law. His birth and disappearance are transcendental. The wise have
declared that the servants of Viñëu are eternally engaged in the
liberated service of the Lord and hence are free from the laws of
material nature.”
The Tattva’s In Brief
Çréla Gour Govinda Swami was
widely respected as a scholar and
teacher of Gauòéya Vaiñëavism.
He was realised in the knowledge
of all tattvas of which the most
prominent are, guru-tattva, bhägavatatattva,
vaiñëava-tattva, näma-tattva, jévatattva,
gaura-tattva and prema-tattva.
His mission was to preach to the
preachers in ISKCON by elaborating on
Çréla Prabhupäda’s purports, explaining
how Çréla Prabhupäda had given everything
in his books.
