Super Power 12VDC Motor With Gear Nice high power (for its size) DC motor operates from 6V up to 18VDC. Features a body size of 1.84”L x 1.16”Dia. Has shaft that extends from each end of motor. On one end it is .2”L x .09” Dia. (2.3mm) and other end has an 8 tooth 0.23”Dia. (5.85mm) gear. Made by Igarashi. Has solder eyelets for power and 2 threaded mounting holes on front. These have four diodes soldered to the terminals to allow operation from AC, however they can be simply cut off or unsoldered if you wish to use this motor on DC (to allow for shaft to spin in both directions). This motor features high torque, low current draw, and is great for making a powerful robot. With flexible color coded leads and molex connector. Motor body is about 3.8” Long (including gearhead). Dia. of gearhead is 2” and dia. of motor body is 1.45”. Shaft has a “D” cut on end and is .25” dia. x 2.7” Long. Approximate speeds are at 6VDC 8RPM, 12VDC 12RPM, 24VDC 33RPM and 40VDC 57RPM. Label is marked 30VDC, so this is probably its optional voltage. Consists of a 3 1/2” L x 1 3/8” Dia. motor that has a bridge rectifier attached to its power input leads. The bridge allows for operation from 12V up to 120V AC or DC. The shaft of the motor is a worm gear connected to a rotating 3/4” Dia. white plastic gear. The arrangement provides a tremendous forward movement. However, the motor shaft itself cannot be reversed, because the worm gear only operates in one direction (that's why the bridge rectifier is attached). G9485 $3.95 ea. Motor Assemblies / Assortments Precision Miniature Motor with Gears & Tach Disk These were made for a CD drive and are brand new. They consist of a small 1” diameter motor and three gears, one with a black plastic tach disk. The disk has slots that operate in conjunction with a tiny opto interrupter that was to provide speed info to the CD control circuitry. This motor will operate from 1.5VDC up to 12VDC. Sorry, no other specs or info. Because of the way that the final gear is below the rest of the assembly, it makes this useful as a direct drive wheel for making a small robot. Has 2 mounting holes. Size about 2.2”L x .7” thick x 1.1” high (excluding final gear which extends .38” below the rest of the assembly). The large one is 1 3/16” dia. x 5/16” thick and has a speed sensor mounted on top. The other motor is a tiny 7/16” dia. x 9/16” L that has a “worm” gear attached. These are very precision units, not like the usual audio decks we see. These are brand new individually bubble wrapped. There are no electronic components with this except for the tape head and 2 motors. Sorry, no info available. These look like a <strong>Goldmine</strong> bonanza for builders of small robots. Mini Cassette Assembly Precision made mini cassette assembly is the perfect Robot builder’s source for various small gears, springs, pulleys, drive belts and even a small efficient super quiet 1.5V to 7VDC motor (Dia=1”). Front Back Small Car Mirror Adjuster Motor Assembly Small but powerful 12VDC motors were designed to go into electric mirror adjustment assemblies for an American car. The factory in Mexico finished the production run and had about 10,000 units more that we bought. Assembly has two 1.24” L x .96” Dia. motors with a .6” L x .08” Dia. shaft. These motors are lower speed than most motors of this size and they have a good amount of power for their size. We put a current meter on them and they draw about 20Ma unloaded and about 250ma loaded. Wire leads are about 17” Long. These are brand new and perfect, however they have red paint coating on part of the motor (to make sure that they would be sold as surplus - not used for the original costly assembly).
