Achievements and Awards
Professor Sven Silburn, Bonnie Moss and former staff
member, Anne Hanning received the McArthur River
Mining Indigenous Innovation Award as part of the
NT Research and Innovation Awards for the cultural
adaptation of the Australian Early Development Index
(AEDI) for use with Indigenous children.
Yomei Jones was awarded the 2012 Ryan Family Prize,
which recognises excellence from a staff member, for
her outstanding contributions to several high profile
Menzies’ research projects including Let’s Start.
Dr Kate Senior was awarded an Australian Research
Council Future Fellowship to study health and
wellbeing among Indigenous adolescents in the NT.
