The heart & soul of <strong>the</strong><br />
American Red Cross are <strong>the</strong> many<br />
volunteers who give <strong>the</strong>ir time and<br />
expertise <strong>to</strong> deliver <strong>the</strong> programs and<br />
services that help people <strong>to</strong> prevent,<br />
prepare for and respond <strong>to</strong> emergencies.<br />
They come from all walks of <strong>life</strong>.<br />
They are all ages. But what <strong>the</strong>y<br />
