•Fresh & healthy seeds are procured from market
Fumigation
•Under cover fumigation for a duration of 48 hours
Machine Clean
•Material passes though (cleaning) 2 MTR each of 3 sieves, de-stoner, gravity separator
•Passes though magnets (metal detector) to remove hazardous materials
•It removes dead seeds, sticks, stones, sand, metal and other maximum impurities
Color Sorted Clean
•Removes other color seeds & remaining impurities for achieving required product
purity
•Passes though magnets (metal detector) to remove hazardous materials
Storage
•Finished sorted cleaned cumin seeds are stored in safe and secure bins
Final packing
&
weighment
•Customized packing with bags mouth double machine closed
In house container
stuffing
•In house container stuffing (factory stuffing) is done of final packed products and
container with cargo is properly fumigated under strict supervision (all three side walls,
bottom of container layered with craft paper)
