1. Name of the Job: Supplying & testing of 40 HP Diesel Pump set having discharge of<br />
120 LPS with a Head of 15 mtr. mounted in base plate having four<br />
wheel trolley with flexible sunction & delivery arrangement of 7.5<br />
mtr each with foot valve and with other complete accessories for<br />
Improvement of Sanitations System for <strong>Sambalpur</strong> Town under<br />
UIDSSMT Scheme.<br />
2. Earnest Money: 1% of the quoted value in shape of Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque<br />
of any Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of The Executive Officer,<br />
<strong>Sambalpur</strong> Municipality, <strong>Sambalpur</strong><br />
3. Class Contractor/ Supplier :Authorised OEMs, (Original Equipments Authorised Dealers/<br />
Registered Suppliers.<br />
4. Time of Completion: 30 days from the date of supply order<br />
5. Validity of the Tender: 90 days from the date of opening of the quotation.<br />
6. S T C C : Attested true copy of the valid Orissa VAT clearance certificate &<br />
PAN Card should be accompanied with bid document.<br />
7. DELIVERY: FOR <strong>Sambalpur</strong> Municipality<br />
8. Payment: (a) 90% of the agreed value shall be released after successful<br />
commissioning and testing of the materials.<br />
(b) Balance 10% of the agreed value shall be released after six<br />
calendar months from the actual date of completion.<br />
(c) No advance payment or secured payment shall be given or<br />
entertained.<br />
9. RATES: Rate shall be inclusive VAT & Surcharge, Transporting charges<br />
duties, testing including all expenses, if any<br />
10. Forfeiture of security deposit: In case of non-supply of materials either fully a partially with in<br />
the stipulated period as per the programme of the supply order or<br />
work order, the EMD is liable to be forfeited and the supply order<br />
shall be cancelled automatically.<br />
11. Other Terms and conditions: (1) The quotationer on whose favour supply order will be issued,<br />
should execute an agreement with the Executive Officer, <strong>Sambalpur</strong><br />
Municipality, <strong>Sambalpur</strong> in warrant clauses before payment.<br />
(2) Telegraphic or conditional quotations will not be taken in to<br />
consideration. This Office is not responsible for any delayed receipt<br />
due to Postal delay.
