4 All materials are managed through LOGISTIC FAMILIES (LF). Airbus and the<br />
Supplier have to agree on the LF they will use for each material. The LF defines the<br />
duration of the 3 different horizons (Firm, ( , Flexible and Provisional) )<br />

Exceptions can be CRITICAL or MEDIUM depending on the material settings.<br />
Commit tuning: Commit tuning will be kept from the previous week if demand is<br />
stable (variation within tolerance), increasing exception accuracy.<br />
