HERITAGE OIL ANNOUNCES THE RESULTS OF THE<br />
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING<br />
<strong>Heritage</strong> <strong>Oil</strong> Plc (LSE: HOIL), an independent upstream exploration and production<br />
company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting (“<strong>AGM</strong>”), held today, all resolutions<br />
put to Shareholders were duly passed.<br />
Set out below are the voting results in respect of the resolutions proposed at the meeting. The<br />
number of ordinary shares and exchangeable shares carrying a vote in <strong>Heritage</strong> in issue at the<br />
time of the <strong>AGM</strong> was 257,956,996.<br />
