CASE PRESENTATION<br />
• 6/4/13 - Initial surgical evalu<strong>at</strong>ion<br />
• 3x3x1cm raised nodule along the anterior left mid-thigh. There<br />
was no <strong>lymph</strong>adenop<strong>at</strong>hy, surrounding lesions or discolor<strong>at</strong>ion<br />
• 6/12/13: Wide local excision <strong>of</strong> left leg lesion<br />
• Nodular <strong>melanoma</strong><br />
• Thickness <strong>of</strong> 1.8cm without <strong>lymph</strong>ovascular invasion.<br />
• Margins > 2cm except 0.9mm <strong>at</strong> deep margin
