ASBESTOS INSPECTION
Asbestos building inspections are required before a
remodel or demolition. Our certified building
inspectors will identify suspect asbestos containing
materials (ACMs) and collect bulk samples in
accordance with state and federal requirements.
Samples are analyzed by an accredited third party
laboratory and results are reported back to you with
recommendations. Samples can be submitted for
same day, next day, two-day, or five-day turn around.
ASBESTOS PROJECT DESIGN
& PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In the event asbestos containing materials (ACMs)
are found in your building, we can help coordinate
the removal. Currently, project designs are required
for asbestos removal projects greater than 1,000
linear feet or 3,000 square feet and must be written
by a certified project designer.
ASBESTOS AIR MONITORING
We provide air-monitoring services during asbestos
abatement projects to protect you, your employees,
and building occupants. Following OSHA, EPA, and
Colorado Department of Health regulations, we
gather sample data and report it back to you.
We also perform final visual inspections and final air
clearance sampling required after asbestos removal
is completed. We can read your samples on site!
