Todos nuestros fabricados son utilizados cotidianamente en construcciones civiles, privadas y cualquier tipo de infraestructura, teniendo que atender 

las mayores exigencias de los usuarios, en cuanto a robustez, calidad y durabilidad.Las hélices se construyen con la maquinaria más novedosa tecnológica 

del sector, controlando en todo momento los procesos de corte, soldadura y acabados. 

Sobre la base de un tubo central de 4 y 5 pulgadas, (100mm y 125mm), se acoplan debidamente las hélices, considerando siempre la separación justa 

y necesaria para el proceso de perforación. Acoplamientos en acero especial y con tratamiento térmico de sistema macho/hembra con hexágonales 

de 180 (sistema standard) y hexágonales de 205 (Barrena reforzada) aseguran firmemente los empalmes. 

Las calidades de los aceros son ST-52.Las secciones se construyen en varias longitudes, desde 3 metros hasta los 6 metros. 

Los cabezales son construidos sobre la base de un tubo central de 180 x 125 mm o de 194 x 125 en el caso de las reforzadas. La calidad de los aceros

All our products are daily used in civilian and private construction,building and any type of infrastructure, having to attend the growing demands of 

users, in terms of robustness, quality and durability.The rigs are built with the newest technological machinery, controlling at all times the processes of 

cutting, welding and finishing. 

Based on a central tube 4 and 5 inch (100mm and 125mm), propellers fit properly, always considering the necessary and just separation for the drilling 

process. 

Coupling of special steel and heat treatment system with male / female hex 180 (standard system) and hex 205 (Auger reinforced) tightly secured joints. 

The quality of steels are ST-52.The sections are built in various lengths, from 3 meters to 6 meters.

Pensata principalmente per il settore delle indagini geognostiche e del monitoraggio ambientale, la 

linea MC-T comprende una serie di perforatrici idrauliche installate su autotelaio in grado di realizzare 

un vasto spettro di lavorazioni, compresi sondaggi a carotaggio continuo e a distruzione di nucleo, 

prove in situ (SPT), prelievo di campioni, posa in opera di piezometri, inclinometri e altri strumenti 

geotecnici. Grazie alle caratteristiche di tiro e coppia di torsione della testa, le macchine della linea 

MC-T si prestano perfettamente alla realizzazione di pozzi acquiferi e trovano impiego anche nel 

campo della geotermia, delle ricerche idriche e minerarie. 

Alimentate dal motore del camion tramite presa di forza PTO o con centrale idraulica ausiliaria, 

le perforatrici sono dotate di circuiti idraulici modulari di concezione avanzata che consentono 

l’installazione di una vasta gamma di teste di rotazione in grado di operare tutti i sistemi di perforazione 

del tipo a rotazione, rotopercussione, attrezzatura per carotaggio e sistemi wire line. 

Ogni perforatrice offre diverse possibilità di personalizzazione e permette l’installazione a bordo 

macchina di molteplici accessori quali pompe fanghi, caricatori per aste, argani wire-line etc. 

Le macchine della linea MC-T sono equipaggiate con comandi idraulici proporzionali servo assistiti 

accessibili da un quadro mobile a braccio che consente all’operatore di mantenere la distanza di 

sicurezza dalla macchina garantendo nel contempo la completa visuale dell’area di lavoro.

Created mainly for the geotechnical investigations field and environmental monitoring, the MC-T line 

comprises a variety of truck-mounted hydraulic drill rigs covering a vast spectrum of geotechnical 

works, including destructive and non-destructive coring techniques, in situ penetration tests (SPT), 

sample collection, installation of piezometers, inclinometers and other geotechnical instrumentation. 

Thanks to the mast pull up force and rotary head torque output the drilling rigs of the MC-T line are 

also ideally suitable for water well drilling, geothermal drilling and mining exploration. 

Powered by the truck engine through PTO or auxiliary hydraulic power pack, the drilling rigs are 

equipped with advanced modular hydraulic circuits that allow the installation of a wide range of rotary 

heads capable of operating all rotary and/or rotary-percussive drilling systems, coring equipment and 

wire line systems. 

Each machine offers many possibilities of customization thanks to a vast choice of accessories such as 

mud pumps, lifting devices for rods and casings, wire-line winches etc. 

The machines of the MC-T line are equipped with hydraulic proportional servo-assisted controls 

accessible from a remote control panel that allows the operator to keep a safe distance from the 

equipment while maintaining a complete vision of the work area.

La linea MC-E nasce per soddisfare l’esigenza specifica di operare in luoghi di difficile accesso che 

rendono impossibile per questioni di configurazione del terreno, condizioni di spazio e carico sul suolo, 

il posizionamento di una macchina perforatrice cingolata: banchine portuali, bordi stradali, pareti 

rocciose ecc. Le perforatrici idrauliche della linea MC-E vengono installate sulla parte terminale del 

braccio di escavatori idraulici. Sfruttando i movimenti del braccio dell’escavatore e con l’ausilio di una 

ralla di rotazione o del sistema di snodo brevettato Comacchio, queste macchine sono in grado di 

raggiungere un’estrema varietà di posizionamenti e inclinazioni della slitta. 

L’alimentazione di tutti i movimenti della slitta e della testa di perforazione viene fornita dall’impianto 

idraulico dell’escavatore, opportunamente adeguato. 

Impiegata principalmente per opere di consolidamento e ancoraggi, la linea MC-E include una varietà 

di modelli unica nel suo genere che, in funzione del tipo di escavatore sul quale sono installati, possono 

raggiungere fino a 8 tonnellate di tiro e 3000 daNm di coppia. 

Le perforatrici della linea MC-E prevedono il montaggio di un ampio assortimento di teste di 

rotazione e martelli idraulici che si prestano alle più svariate tipologie di perforazione a rotazione e/o 

rotopercussione. 

Tutti i movimenti di posizionamento e di perforazione possono essere controllati dall’operatore 

direttamente dalla cabina dell’escavatore, grazie all’utilizzo di apposito radiocomando, con notevoli 

vantaggi in termini di efficienza, produttività e sicurezza per l’operatore.

The MC-E line has been designed to satisfy the specific request to operate in restricted access working 

spaces, where particular soil configuration, bearing capacity and limited space make it impossible to 

use a crawler mounted drilling rig: docks, road edges, rock walls, slopes etc. 

The hydraulic drilling rigs of the MC-E line are installed on the end of hydraulic excavator booms. 

Using the excavator boom movements combined with a slewing ring or with the Comacchio patented 

mast joint support, these machines can reach an extreme variety of mast positions and inclinations. 

All the mast movements and the rotary head are powered by the appropriately fitted hydraulic circuit 

of the excavator. 

Mainly used for ground improvement works and anchor drilling, the MC-E line includes a remarkable 

variety of models that, depending on the excavator size, can reach up to 8 ton pull-up force and 3000 

daNm rotary head torque.
