Bruce ® Lock Installation System requires no glue and can be installed over most existing floors. Each piece aligns automatically,
making installation of your floor easier than ever. The best part is you can live in your room the moment the floor is installed.
Residential Warranty
Buy Bruce flooring with confidence. Bruce guarantees to the original purchaser that, for 30 years
for the Reserve and Gardenstone Collections, 25 years for the American Home Collection, and
for 20 years for the Heritage Heights Collection, from the original date of purchase, your
Bruce Laminate Floor:
• Will not stain
• Will not fade from sunlight or artificial light
• Will not show wear-through
• Will not contain manufacturing defects
• Will resist water damage caused by normal household spills and cleaning
when our recommended installation and cleaning practices are used
• Will not unlock at the seams

Underlayment and Floor Care
Flooring Underlayment
Bruce has engineered a line of underlayments to be
used when installing laminate floors. The use of quality
underlayment is critical to a successful installation,
and should be installed prior to laying planks. Use
polyethylene tape for a seamless moisture barrier,
especially over concrete. These underlayments can
also be used with any floating floor installations.
S-1831A Moisture Barrier Sheeting
An excellent moisture barrier over concrete when installing laminate flooring with
an attached underlayment.

S-1830A Two-in-One ® Advanced Underlayment
Provides excellent moisture barrier, sound-absorbing insulation and a 25-year warranty.
S-1832A Two-in-One Premium Underlayment
Provides all of the Advanced features, plus additional comfort underfoot and
superior noise reduction.
Routine Care
• Sweep or vacuum using the wand attachment, then follow with Bruce
recommended floor care products. The Armstrong TM
Hardwood & Laminate
Cleaning System Kit (S-304) contains a swivel head mop, washable mop cover,
and an Armstrong Hardwood & Laminate Floor Cleaner (S-302) spray bottle.
• In very sandy areas, sweep or vacuum more frequently.
• For spills or wet areas, immediately wipe with a cloth or sponge and clean
with Armstrong Hardwood & Laminate Floor Cleaner.
• Laminate Flooring, like other types of smooth floors, can become slippery
when wet. Allow time to dry after cleaning.
• Do not use soap-based detergents or “mop and shine” products, as these
may leave a dull film on your floor.
• Do not wax or polish your floor.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring powder that can scratch
your floor.

Coordinated Trim and Moldings
Baby Threshold
Finishes the space where laminate flooring ends (such as sliding glass doors,
along wall bases, door thresholds and carpet).
T-Molding
Fills the gap at doorways, and finishes spaces between the two areas
of laminate flooring.
Flush Stairnose
The durability of Armstrong Laminate Flooring makes it a great choice
for staircases.
Multi-Purpose Reducer Strip
Provides a smooth transition from your laminate floor to another type of flooring
of a lower height. Also, finishes the space where laminate flooring ends against a
vertical surface and where quarter round cannot be used (such as sliding glass
doors, against cabinet toe kicks, or carpet).
Quarter-Round Molding
The classic finish to your laminate floor – used where wall and flooring meet.
Overlap Step Nose
Used where laminate flooring meets a step down or landing.
