The Birth of an Airquee inflatable
At Airquee we desing , print, cut, stich and every product in our own factory we can be 100% sure of the quality
while giving our costumers the ability to custom desings their units while still managing extremly tight deadlines.
Below is the creation orocess of a custom designed castle witch shows you the clients first idea pretented to
Airquee right trough to the finished product leaving to arrive with the client.
1. The client’s initial ideas
2. Our desingners prepare a visual
for the client’s approval.
3. The confirmed desings is then turned into a plan
to start production
4.
Material for the unit is cut to shape on one of our
state of the art precision cutters. At the same time
printed sections are produced in our print room.
5. The printed panels are lacquered to protect the print.
6. Stiching te unit together then begins from the CAD plans
7. Finally the finished unit is inflated, tested and
checked before being packed up and shipped to the client.
... and another one is born.
