Remarks :
(in details)
The over all utilization of fund is 40 percent only which needs
substantial improvement. Utilization of IAY is also 42.59 percent
only. MGNREGS person days is 12.04 only and MIS 97.73
percent. Major emphasis should be given to IAY, MGNREGS and
overall expenditure. They are accordingly advised.
Overall expenditure of Uper Bagdogra G.P. is 21.57 percent only.
The quality of visited schemes is apparently satisfactory. More
emphasis should be given to MGNREGS, IAY, TSC as there is a
scope for substantial improvement. They are accordingly advised.
The date of inspection being 4 th Saturday also attended 4 th
Saturday Health Meeting at Gram Panchayet. The participation of
the people and their response in the meeting was positive.
