WE LOVE
POTATOES...
We knew from the get-go that sourcing
potatoes with maximum flavour and perfect
texture would be a huge priority. Somewhere
on our search for this superior spud we
discover ‘Heritage Potatoes’. We were in love.
These non-commercial (old-skool) potatoes
varieties are perfect. Grown here in Britain,
with an eye (see what we did there) for quality
and, most importantly superior flavour, they
capture the spirit of Wild Potatoes perfectly.

As well as our mission to share our
love for all things potato with the
streets, markets, and events, of
London, Wild Potatoes is particularly
passionate about providing real-life work
experiences that encourage whole-life
changes to young people within our
communities.
We strongly believe in a hands-on,
learning-by-doing approach and that a lack
of skills, qualifications, and/or experience,
should not be a barrier to young people
keen to work and learn. We believe
work should be fun and supportive yet
professional; so we support all of our staff
in gaining relevant qualifications that can
help their progress in all aspects of the
food industry.

Heritage potato balls with a choice of
dipping sauce; Aji Picante, Antiguan hot or
Soured cream with sweet Thai chilli.
Heritage potato balls with an Italian herb
crust & centre of melting mozzarella.
Served on green leaves with Parmesan
shavings & a warm tomato dipping sauce.
Cumin and beef filled heritage potato
balls (Cuban Papas Rellenas) served with
a crunchy hand-cut slaw & a Aji Picante
dipping sauce.

SHE’S GOT BALLS
Thyme & spring onion heritage potato
balls topped with slow cooked Caribbean
spiced pork, tangy red slaw, plantain slices
& coconut & hot sauce dressings.
SPRINKLE THIS
Our secret house blend of Jalapeño cheese
stuffed inside heritage potato balls. Served
with handmade chunky guacamole, chilli
sprinkles & a soured cream dressing.
THE SWEET ANTIGUAN
Cinnamon spiced sweet potato balls with
a crunchy brioche crust; served warm with
proper vanilla ice cream, a drizzle of maple
syrup, and a scatter of crushed pecans.

OVERVIEW
From the moment we spotted him we
knew this 1970 Renault Estafette would
be ours. A recovery & support vehicle
for a racing car association, Fred (as he is
now affectionately known) has spent his
life ferrying essential parts track side for
motor races.
Having been collected from France, Fred is
currently in Nottinghamshire undergoing
RESTORATION
