HOWLIN’ AT THE MOON
Two Wisconsin hunters take their annual
moose hunting trip to Canada. They are flown
into the middle of the wilderness by plane and
picked up a week later for the trip home.
When the pilot of the plane sees that the two
hunters want to load four moose on the plane,
he protests, saying, “There’s no way this plane
will hold that much weight, you can only take
two moose.” But the hunters insist, saying,
“That is the same type of plane that flew us
out of here last year and we loaded four moose
onto it last year.”
The pilot tried to argue, but the hunters were
so insistent that they had had this much weight
the year before, that he finally relented and the
four moose were loaded onto the plane.
Just a short time after take off, however, the
load got to be too much and the plane crashed
into the wilderness.
After the pilot and two hunters climbed
from the wreckage, one hunter asks, “Do you
have any idea where we are?”, the other hunter
replies, “Yeah, I think we’re near the same place
we crashed last year.”

Three friends married women from different parts of the
country.
The first man married a woman from Tennessee. He told
her that she was to do the dishes and house cleaning. It
took a couple of days, but on the third day, he came home
to see a clean house and dishes washed and put away.
The second man married a woman from Indiana. He
gave his wife orders that she was to do all the cleaning,
dishes and the cooking. The first day he didn’t see any
results, but the next day he saw it was better. By the third
day, he saw his house was clean, the dishes were done and
there was a huge dinner on the table.

some of the swelling had gone down and he could see a
little out of his left eye, and his arm was healed enough that
he could fix himself a sandwich and load the dishwasher.

ordered her to keep the house clean, dishes washed, lawn
