Department of Economics and Economic Policy

on "The Food Industry as a Sector of the National
Economy", which is the fourth in a series
of conferences on leading topic "Changes
in the food industry in European countries."
We hope that the conference will become a
platform for exchanging views and allow for
the presentation of research results from the
theory and practice of economic policy, in
particular their relation to agri-food sector in
Poland and other countries.

During the conference "The food industry as
a sector of the national economy" there will
be a special thematic session held
"Sustainable Development and Agribusiness"
in English, organized by Visegrad University
Association.
Scope of the special session

2. Economic Valuation of New Technologies
and Institutional Innovations for
Improving Sustainability in Agribusiness.
3. Impact Assessment of New Sustainable
Food Chains, New Technologies and
Governance Structures.
4. The Role of Policy Measures in ensuring
sustainability of agribusiness sector.
5. Main Dimensions of change of the CAP
and its implications for
the sustainability of agribusiness.

All papers are subject to review.
We accept papers for this session only in English.
The editorial requirements for the english-language
papers remain unchanged. Accepted
