The Feinstein Institute for Medical Research<br />
The mission of The Feinstein Institute is to discover and understand the causes and underlying<br />
mechanisms of human disease; to effectively and rapidly translate this information into diagnostic<br />
and therapeutic solutions; and to promote the education of physicians, scientists, students and the<br />
community. <strong>This</strong> fall, The Feinstein Institute will proudly open the doors to its new 55,000-square-foot<br />
addition, making room for new and expanded programs in both basic science and clinical research.<br />
The People Behind the Science<br />
With a focus on curing human disease, the doctors and scientists of The Feinstein Institute work to<br />
bridge the gap between scientific discovery and patient care. The key to achieving significant<br />
advances in medicine – the kind of advances that truly change or save lives – is having the perfect<br />
blend of science and people, and cultivating a mind-set that encourages the exchange of creative<br />

National Grid<br />
National Grid is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor-owned<br />
energy companies in the world. National Grid recently acquired KeySpan and is now the second<br />
largest U.S. electricity and natural gas provider. National Grid U.S. is focused on the U.S. Northeast<br />
