CRIMP FORCE MONITOR - SL Carline+<br />
The SL Carline+ is the successor to the<br />
highly acclaimed SL Carline crimp force<br />
monitor endorsed by both the American<br />
and European automotive industries. With<br />
its upgraded electronics and software, the<br />
analysis has been enhanced to include<br />
Zone 1 & 2 and Peak Force evaluation.<br />
Single or double channel versions are<br />
available to cater to bench presses and<br />
automatic wire processing machines.<br />
Flexible Application<br />
The SL Carline+ system is excellently suited for all fields of application requiring the<br />
monitoring of crimp forces. The system accepts a wide range of triggering methods<br />
such as proximity, encoder and even automatic triggering by the force itself. A wide<br />
range of force sensors and adaptation plates (either on the ram or base-plate) are<br />
already available. To remove the need for adaptation plates, strain sensors mounted on<br />
the press frame are also supported. The system can be used with every crimp press,<br />
and thus protect your investment also for the future.<br />
