It may appear recently that not much has been happening at <strong>Silver</strong> <strong>Fox</strong>!<br />
That’s not quite the case!<br />
Our development team has been working on major upgrades <strong>and</strong> additions.<br />
In fact, the biggest changes in the history of <strong>Silver</strong> <strong>Fox</strong>!<br />
While these changes <strong>and</strong> updates have been under development. We have also developed <strong>and</strong><br />
introduced:<br />

Our highly popular <strong>Fox</strong>-Flo® tie-on cable label.<br />
<br />
Our new range of optical fibre flag labels.
The option of 6 different colours for all 16 of our P/TAG adhesive label range. Offering<br />
supplies down to as little as 1 pack of 10 sheets for any size any colour<br />
<br />
Size st<strong>and</strong>ardisation for all of our thermal printer dispenser boxes. This was done to make<br />
ready for ALR (see below). Other benefits: Allows better cost control. Allows st<strong>and</strong>ard outer<br />
packs, potentially reducing cube <strong>and</strong> so freight costs.<br />

New labels<br />
We have been holding back on a number of new labels pending the introduction of the new Labacus<br />
Software. These will use same printer <strong>and</strong> same ribbon as all our other thermal labels.<br />
New 50mm length 15 mm <strong>and</strong> 25 mm high <strong>Fox</strong>-Flo ® labels<br />
Lengths now available in 15 <strong>and</strong> 25 mm widths : 50mm 70mm 90mm 110mm.<br />
New yellow <strong>and</strong> green striped <strong>Fox</strong>-Flo labels in 15 <strong>and</strong> 25 mm heights<br />
New smaller <strong>Fox</strong>-Flo®<br />
Introducing: 10 mm width option for smaller cables. Lengths available: 50 mm & 70 mm. Format is<br />
2 labels across the roll. Benefit: Faster label throughput <strong>and</strong> more labels per ribbon:<br />
11 to 12 000 x 50 mm labels per 300 M thermal ribbon (depending on usage).<br />
Colours available: Yellow <strong>and</strong> White
New low cost <strong>Fox</strong>® label<br />
Some customers do not want highest st<strong>and</strong>ards of UV & LS0H <strong>Fox</strong>-Flo labels.<br />
So we have introduced new low cost “<strong>Fox</strong>” tie-on cable label, made in UV stable PVC<br />

What’s coming up?<br />
In the next 9 months ALR (Automatic Label Recognition). This means software automatically<br />
recognises the labels in the box.<br />
“Development” photo of holder <strong>and</strong> st<strong>and</strong> for Boxes <strong>and</strong> RFID reader. The RFID reader identifies<br />
contents of box. These will be issued to all users of <strong>Fox</strong>-in-a-Box FOC. New users will receive them<br />
as part of the <strong>Fox</strong>-in-a-Box<br />
