recipes. This selection is available in a limited basis. The entrée is cooked in<br />

small quantities to preserve the authentic flavor <strong>and</strong> homemade taste.<br />

Gr<strong>and</strong>ma chooses every day what to eat for dinner <strong>and</strong> makes her final<br />

selection. Some of the spices <strong>and</strong> chiles to prepare these meals come<br />

directly from México, California or Texas to guarantee the authentic flavor.<br />

Therefore, some the entrees might be too hot for the American taste.<br />
