Your professional skills and ability to mentor can help change women’s lives. EHRA is partnering
with the YWCA and our local Commission on Homelessness in a pilot program that will
pair mentors with residents in the transitional housing program. Mentees will participate in
workshops led by EHRA trainers, and your one‐on‐one mentoring will help women put that
information to work. Beginning in late March, you’ll meet monthly with your mentee to provide
career coaching that can help equip her to secure a job that will make her fully self sufficient
when she leaves the YWCA. For more information, e‐mail akeeping@vectren.com.
