BELLINI 17
La Gioiosa Prosecco, Peach Purée, Cherry Juice
The Bellini was created in 1948 by Giuseppi Cipriani at
Harry’s Bar in Venice. He named it after 15th century artist
Giovanni Bellini and used a local tradition of macerating
white peaches in wine to create one of the world’s most
popular cocktails.

Campari, Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, Soda Water
Allegedly named after elderly bike-riding men who swerve
all over the road on their way home after a few too many
drinks at the bar. Our version is given a distinctly kiwi twist.

Matakana m8 Vodka, La Gioiosa Prosecco, Lemon Sorbet, Mint
A perfect way to finish a meal, blending Prosecco, lemon
sorbet and vodka topped off with chopped mint. A refreshing
palette cleanser.
NEGRONI 21
Bulldog Gin, Carpano Antica Formula, Campari, Orange Peel
In turn of the century Florence, Count Camillo Negroni
was not a fan of the Americano – the most popular cocktail
at the time – so he demanded his bartender substitute gin
for soda. The Negroni was born and soon became a classic
pre-dinner cocktail.

Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Disaronno Amaretto
Perhaps more an Italian American cocktail, we prefer
Bourbon to Scotch for this classic after dinner drink.
