Thank you for choosing Big Day for your Wedding videography package. We recognize that every wedding
day is unique and we want to capture yours perfectly. The attached forms are designed to prompt you for all
the information we’ll need to ensure that the videotape of your big day will meet with your expectations.
These forms should be filled out and returned by mail, fax or email no later than FOUR WEEKS prior to
your event. Remember to keep a copy for yourself. Your forms will be given to your videographer, who
will contact you by phone the week of your wedding to discuss details. Please let us know the best times to
call. (You will find a space on one of the forms for this information.)
IMPORTANT!!! If you do not return these forms in a timely manner, Big Day cannot be responsible
for capturing your wedding day in accordance with your preferences.
Approximately four to six weeks after your wedding day, you will be notified by phone that your unedited
footage is ready to be picked up at the wedding center. If you prefer to have your DVDs mailed, you will be
charged a shipping and handling fee.
If you purchased an Edited Package, enclosed with the DVDs will be a form where you may note your
comments regarding any footage you may want to include or exclude from your edited footage. Please view
the unedited footage and complete the comment sheet. Return the completed comment sheet to us. You may
keep the unedited DVD(s).
The editing process will begin once we have received your completed comment sheet. You can expect to
receive the final edited version in twelve to sixteen weeks.

Important Suggestion for your pre-ceremony videography!
Your videographer would like to videotape your arrival at the church or ceremony
location. Arriving early will ensure a sufficient amount of time to capture preceremony
footage of you with your bridal party and parents.
We recommend that the Bride arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony and
the Groom should arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the ceremony.

It would be helpful for the Videographer(s) to have a layout of the interior of your
church or ceremony location. Please draw a diagram below. Also, please contact your
church for any restrictions for videotaping. Your videographer will discuss this
information with you so that we can videotape your ceremony at the best vantage
points.

Directions to Church and Reception
Important!!! Our videographers travel to many different geographical locations that
they may not be familiar with, therefore, it is important that the directions be clear.
When writing directions please be very specific as to street names, landmarks, mileage,
that may help. Please do not include directions from mapquest or any other internet
site-they have many errors that may result in your videographer being late or lost!
If you are printing a map and written directions for your guests, you may provide us with a
copy instead of completing this section.

Notice to Buyer regarding Videotape
Videographer is to pick up balance of payment due prior to the end of the reception.
We cannot and will not be responsible for missed shots due to lack of cooperation resulting from drunken,
out of control or lewd behavior.
We cannot and will not be held responsible for any missed shots due to technical or location problems.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Church too dark for videotaping
* Obstacles such as people in the way or guests walking into the videographer or the shot
* Poor sound quality due to shooting location or position
* Wireless microphone failure due to church’s audio system on the same frequency as videographer’s
* Camera or tape failure
* Focusing is not perfect due to depth of field
- Unlike still photography, which is pre-focused, a video camera must be constantly refocused
because it is running continuously. Therefore, the taped may occasionally look out of focus for a
short time.
I, the buyer, have read and accept the above videotape arrangements. This form MUST be signed and
returned with the information packet prior to the phone consultation with the videographer.
