The items in this catalog have been approved by the Alabama Department of Corrections. Only 1 Holiday
Food Package allowed per inmate. If an order is placed Oct. 25 - Nov. 24, another purchase will NOT be
processed Nov. 25 - Dec. 31. Purchases must be a minimum of $15 and maximum of $150. Orders can be
submitted from inmates or their family and friends.
INMATES
Union Supply Direct order forms are located in the shift office of your institution. Please complete and
submit to your PMOD Clerk for processing. The payment amount will be verified and deduct from your trust

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Per the Alabama Department of Corrections, packages will be shipped two times during the holiday
ordering period. Orders submitted Oct. 25 - Nov. 24 will be delivered to facilities by December. Orders
submitted Nov. 24 - Dec. 31 will be delivered to facilities by January.
