time (TAT). For example, heavy maintenance checks

Maintenance:
AFI KLM E&M provides all types of maintenance during the whole life of your aircraft, maintaining your asset at the highest level.
n Line maintenance (transit, daily and weekly checks) at Charles-de-Gaulle, Orly, Amsterdam and over 160 airports worldwide;
n Light maintenance (A to C checks) at Orly, Charles-de-Gaulle, Toulouse, Amsterdam, Norwich and Casablanca;
n Heavy maintenance (C and D checks) with over five decades’ experience at Orly, Toulouse, Amsterdam, Norwich and
Casablanca.
We can carry out any specific maintenance work on the basis
of manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements.
Customization:
A modern cabin and a refurbished interior are undeniable advantages for your airline’s brand image. Be they designed by AFI
KLM E&M or by another provider, we take care of cabin modification implementations at our state-of-the-art facilities and place
our in-house workshops and dedicated, experienced production staff at your disposal.
AFI KLM E&M also carries out quality paint jobs at very short notice and can even implement a full paint program for your fleet.
In conjunction with German manufacturer Mankiewicz, we have developed a new, chromate-free protocol that cuts drying time,
CO 2 emissions, and the number of required man-hours.
Maintenance Management:
Thanks to AFI KLM E&M fleet management assistance, we develop maintenance schedules to your unique specifications, taking
manufacturer constraints and regulatory requirements into account. We help you update and optimize them each time you
enlarge your fleet with a new or used aircraft.We manage the transition maintenance between two operators, evaluating aircraft
status, carrying out the technical work and ensuring that aircraft are rapidly and efficiently leased or sold.
Operational Support:
When faced with an unexpected event, our 24/7 AOG support is your guarantee of an immediate contact with our experts to
draw up and implement an action plan. Your aircraft will be back in the air in the shortest possible time. As a beneficiary of
EASA Part 145 regulatory maintenance approval, we can work on grounded aircraft anywhere in the world. Our local and main
base support is here to guarantee reliable, safe operations all year round. We also set up permanent teams at your home bases
for all maintenance activities, allowing you to focus on your core air carrier business.
