• Payment must be received in advance and registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.<br />
• If payment is not received on time, delegates will be required to pay on-site or provide proof of payment (telegraphic transfer) before being admitted.<br />
• Cancellations must be made in writing to the Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation. Phone cancellation will not be accepted.<br />
• <strong>Registration</strong> fees cannot be refunded after 26 October 2006. Refunds will be based on date of receipt of the written cancellation and will be issued as<br />
follows:<br />
- 45 days prior to the start date of the event - 100% of the registered amount less USD50 administration fee;<br />
- 14-44 days prior to the start date of the event - 50% refund of the registered amount;<br />
- less than 14 days prior to the start date of the event - no refund.<br />
• <strong>Registration</strong>s are strictly non-transferable from the 8th of November 2006.<br />
• The Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation reserves the right to amend or cancel the programme schedule, speakers or topics without prior notice to participants.<br />
