2. Include original or copy of receipt of combined purchase of SIRIUS
Stiletto radio and compatible vehicle or home kit.
3. Include original UPC code (12 digit #) located on both the backside of
SIRIUS Stiletto radio packaging and compatible vehicle or home kit.
4. Include original or copy of the ESN/SID# (12-digit #) from either the
back side of the radio or radio packaging.
5. Activate by credit card or a SIRIUS prepaid card no later than December 31, 2006.
6. Mail must be postmarked on or before January 31, 2007.
