convenient time to meet. We look upon any feedback whether critical, or not, as an<br />
opportunity to review our system of working, and thereby ensure that services we offer to<br />
you are of the highest quality.<br />
Written feedback will be acknowledged within three working days with an offer to discuss<br />
the matter and a likely timescale for completing the investigation.<br />
Please may I assure you that all correspondence will be kept strictly confidential –<br />
although it may be necessary to speak to various personnel during the course of an<br />
