SUMMER PLUS OPTIONS<br />

Our <strong>Summer</strong> Plus options help you get the most out <strong>of</strong><br />

your summer. Improve your <strong>English</strong>, while also following<br />

your passion - be it for tennis, dance and the performing<br />

arts, the excitement <strong>of</strong> open water sailing, or a more<br />

intensive language programme. You’ll also have time to<br />

join our normal excursion and activity programmes, with<br />

lots <strong>of</strong> opportunity to make new friends.<br />

Intensive <strong>Courses</strong><br />

Our <strong>Summer</strong> Intensive courses are designed to give you more practice and help you<br />

make faster progress in learning <strong>English</strong>.<br />

In the UK, we include 25 lessons per week (20.8 hours) <strong>of</strong> language coaching, in<br />

small multinational classes. You’ll benefit from higher levels <strong>of</strong> attention in classes<br />

with a maximum <strong>of</strong> 10 other students, ensuring lots <strong>of</strong> interaction with your trainer<br />

and faster progress.<br />

In the USA, you’ll enjoy 20 lessons per week <strong>of</strong> formal language training plus an<br />

additional 5 sessions per week <strong>of</strong> skills for life coaching. Skills for life sessions are<br />

designed to encourage your fluency and spontaneous use <strong>of</strong> the language, will<br />

include leadership skills through guided debate practice, the exchange <strong>of</strong> ideas<br />

and experiences, along with active listening practice.<br />
