When installing on double doors, a mullion (center piece) is required to enable the latch bolt, thus securing the door. All hardware is exposed. Applications include hollow metal, wood or aluminum doors. This style easily retrofits existing doors with Jackson® 1295 exit devices. The Ilco Rim Exit Devices feature a 3/4" throw latchbolt, non-handed. Surface mounted strike options include type “C” (standard) and type “S” (for blade stop).
