Coffee and tea will be served.
9:30–10a.m.
Optional 30 minute Tour of The Junipero Serra Museum or The Presidio Site.
Valerie Suter, coordinator. Special Rate $5 per person, book in advance.
10:15 a.m. Group photo, cars and members
10:30 a.m. Motorcycle escorted convoy tour through Old Town and Mission Bay.
12:00 noon Arrive at John Ellison’s Calumet Collection
12:30 pm Gather inside the Collection for a toast our Nation and Club
12:45–3pm Enjoy a delicious family style lunch, friendship and plethora of cars!
Notes:
To qualify for the coveted Shoup Award, please bring/drive (all) your Rolls Royce and Bentley
Automobiles (a mailer has been sent out explaining this great Award).
Please invite your children, kids, youngsters
Bring/wear your name tags
Dress Suggestion: Period dress of your car’s age (always a colorful addition to a meet) or Ladies:
dresses and hats; Gentlemen: Blazers and summer hats
Route description will be handed out at event check-in
Those not taking part in tour please use street parking at Calumet Collection until otherwise directed

Event Description:
Place your registration car number behind the windshield (found in your registration package).
Pre WWII automobiles: drive first to HERITAGE PARK on 2454 Heritage Park Row, Old Town, San Diego, CA
92110 above Old Town for PHOTOS by Lou Suter. Then go to PRESIDIO Drive, to join others.
Post WWII automobiles go directly by the Presidio and Junipero Serra Museum, up the hill to the Fort Stockton Park,
drive around the park, for snap PHOTOS by Douglas Gates and Brad Zemcik and then down to the parking lot for
GROUP PHOTOS.
ALL AUTOMOBILES: As you arrive at the Presidio Parking lot, you will be directed to a parking spot based on
your automobile's year, for the event /group photograph. Please follow the instructions given to assure smooth
parking.
Police Escort will arrive to lead all participants in order of car Number for the drive through Old Town, Mission Bay
and to John Ellison's CALUMET COLLECTION at 5555 Santa Fe Street, San Diego, CA. 92109
Park cars at Collection as instructed and by Car number.
At JOHN ELLISON’S GARAGE AND FABULOUS AUTOMOBILES, ENJOY APPETIZER AND
REFRESHMENTS.
12:30 Go inside to sing God Bless America and Toast to our Nation and our Club, Sing Rule Britannia
and toast to Sir Henry Royce and W.O. Bentley.
12:45 A Family Style sit down lunch, CAR TALK, and Good times...
Purpose: strengthen our friendships and learn more about our cherished Rolls-Royce and Bentley automobiles.
GOAL AND CHALLENGE:
To win the coveted national RROC SHOUP Award!
(achieve the largest number of cars in proportion to the number of region members at a meet)
To win, we need participation from you and all the RR's and Bentley's you can bring.
35 points for prewar cars! 15 points for post war cars
It would be awesome if we can make the anniversary also the shoup award event!
