Compressors<br />

Compressors are the latest of <strong>YORK</strong>’s world renown<br />

CMO and SMC multicylinder, directly or belt driven types.<br />

They include:<br />

positive lubrication by integral oil pump<br />

integral safety valve<br />

integral suction strainer<br />

suction and discharge isolating valves<br />

crankcase heater<br />

Traditional unit controls<br />

We can still offer traditional controls as an option.<br />

Traditional unit controls include:<br />

• Low pressure cut-out, which will stop the compressor at a preset<br />

minimum suction pressure. Automatic reset after stop.<br />

• High pressure cut-out, which will stop the compressor at a preset<br />

maximum discharge pressure. Manual reset required after<br />

stop.<br />

• Low oil pressure cut-out, which will stop the compressors at a<br />

pre-set minimum differential pressure.<br />

The cut-out incorporates an electro-mechanical time delay and<br />

is manually reset after stop.<br />

Classification<br />

The design and construction is approved by all leading<br />

Classification Societies. Specific certification must be stated<br />

at time of order.<br />
