Our <strong>ca</strong>mp heritage makes the National Capital<br />

Region YMCA-YWCA a solid and dependable<br />

choice. Meeting new friends, learning new skills,<br />

and enjoying fun-filled days in a <strong>ca</strong>ring, supervised<br />

environment is what Y <strong>ca</strong>mps are all about!<br />

Our goal is to:<br />

• Ensure personal enrichment by providing a<br />

healthy, safe and fun <strong>ca</strong>mp experience<br />

• Provide the opportunity for increased self-esteem<br />

and fitness by improving skills and resourcefulness<br />

• Encourage independent thinking, self-reliance and<br />

creative expression<br />

So, whether you are a new <strong>ca</strong>mper family or a<br />

returning one – welcome! It is great to have you<br />

with us. We look forward to seeing you grow this<br />

Our <strong>Day</strong> <strong><strong>Camp</strong>s</strong><br />

<strong>Camp</strong> <strong>Otonabee</strong><br />

<strong>Otonabee</strong> provides the opportunity for children<br />

and youth to engage in outdoor activities, discover<br />

nature and enjoy the natural environment, while<br />

acquiring new skills, building self-confidence and<br />

establishing lasting friendships. <strong>Camp</strong>ers aged five<br />

to 15 <strong>ca</strong>n experience programs such as <strong>ca</strong>noeing,<br />

rock climbing, swimming, hikes and more!<br />

<strong>Neighbourhood</strong> <strong>Day</strong> <strong><strong>Camp</strong>s</strong><br />

These <strong>ca</strong>mps are an exciting way to spend the days<br />

of summer full of play, fun and friendships at lo<strong>ca</strong>l<br />

Y facilities and schools. Kids aged three to 15 enjoy<br />

themed weeks and out trips as well as engaging<br />

activities in gymnasiums, swimming pools, and<br />

activity rooms.<br />

Our Staff<br />

Our dedi<strong>ca</strong>ted <strong>ca</strong>mp team is led by our full-time<br />

<strong>Camp</strong> Coordinators and made up of university,<br />

college and high school individuals, many of whom<br />

have grown up in Y <strong>ca</strong>mps and programs. All staff<br />

possess current CPR and First Aid certifi<strong>ca</strong>tions and<br />

wear easily recognizable uniforms. Staff persons are<br />

chosen for their ability to act as team players and<br />

role models to the <strong>ca</strong>mpers entrusted in their <strong>ca</strong>re.<br />

Our pre-<strong>ca</strong>mp training focuses on providing the skills<br />

and knowledge necessary to ensure that Y <strong>ca</strong>mps<br />

are safe, fun and well supervised.<br />

Our <strong><strong>Camp</strong>s</strong> are for Everyone<br />

At the Y, we believe that every child should have the<br />

opportunity to experience <strong>ca</strong>mp.<br />

Financial Assistance<br />

Thanks to the generous support of donors and<br />

various fundraising initiatives year-round, we are<br />

able to provide financial assistance for families who<br />

otherwise could not afford the experience for their<br />

Integration Program for <strong>Camp</strong>ers with<br />

Special Needs<br />

One-on-one support is available in most programs<br />

for children with special needs. Parents/guardians<br />

and <strong>ca</strong>mpers must arrange an interview a minimum<br />

of two weeks prior to the start of the <strong>ca</strong>mp session<br />

with the lo<strong>ca</strong>l <strong>ca</strong>mp coordinator. An additional fee of<br />

$40/week is required to participate in this program.<br />

Since the 1940s children and youth have<br />

experienced the wonders of the great<br />

outdoors, along the shores of the Ottawa<br />

River, at <strong>Camp</strong> <strong>Otonabee</strong>. <strong>Camp</strong>ers take part<br />

in traditional outdoor <strong>ca</strong>mp activities such as<br />

<strong>ca</strong>noeing, hiking, natural exploration, theme<br />

days, and swimming. Each <strong>ca</strong>mp program is<br />

designed with age-specific outcomes, rooted<br />

in our four core Y values; honesty, <strong>ca</strong>ring,<br />

respect and responsibility. <strong>Camp</strong>ers leave <strong>Camp</strong><br />

<strong>Otonabee</strong> more confident, with new skills and<br />

lasting memories.


Traditional<br />

<strong>Camp</strong> Programs<br />

Kinder, 5-7 years<br />

A great introduction to outdoor summer<br />

<strong>ca</strong>mp; the Kinder program allows younger<br />

<strong>ca</strong>mpers to experience all aspects of<br />

<strong>Otonabee</strong> with a particular focus on gross<br />

motor development and cooperative play.<br />

<strong>Camp</strong> OTONAbee<br />

New Discoveries, 8-10 years<br />

This program is great for <strong>ca</strong>mpers new to<br />

<strong>Otonabee</strong> or moving up from Kinder. In this<br />

general program <strong>ca</strong>mper’s will experience all<br />

aspects of an outdoor <strong>ca</strong>mp while focusing on<br />

team work and skill development.<br />

Young Wonders, 11-13 years<br />

A well rounded experience for older <strong>ca</strong>mpers,<br />

the YW program challenges <strong>ca</strong>mpers to<br />

continue to build on outdoor skills while<br />

focusing on team building skills, consensus<br />

building through outdoor edu<strong>ca</strong>tion and<br />

adventure activities.<br />

Specialty<br />

<strong>Camp</strong> Programs<br />

Paddle Sports, 10-13 years<br />

Although <strong>ca</strong>mpers will have an opportunity to<br />

experience many aspects of <strong>ca</strong>mp the focus<br />

will be paddle sports. Canoeing, Kayaking<br />

and (new) Stand-up Paddling techniques will<br />

be the focus as <strong>ca</strong>mpers are challenged to<br />

perfect their paddling strokes.<br />

Adventure <strong>Camp</strong>, 10-13 years<br />

Designed for <strong>ca</strong>mpers who are most<br />

interested in the adventure elements of<br />

<strong>Otonabee</strong>; this program will focus on<br />

proficiency in rock climbing and high ropes<br />

challenge courses. <strong>Camp</strong>ers will first work<br />

on cooperation, communi<strong>ca</strong>tion and team<br />

building.<br />

Arts and Drama, 9-11 years<br />

For the young artist or actor at heart –<br />

the Arts and Drama <strong>ca</strong>mp will provide<br />

<strong>ca</strong>mpers with opportunities to expand their<br />

creative side through arts & crafts, drama<br />

activities and photography. <strong>Camp</strong>ers will<br />

also have an opportunity to participate in<br />

swimming, paddling, and adventure programs<br />

throughout the week.<br />

NEW Sailing, 10-13 years<br />

This program is designed to introduce<br />

<strong>ca</strong>mpers to the sport of sailing. <strong>Camp</strong>ers will<br />

have an opportunity to learn how to steer<br />

and sail a boat on the Ottawa river through<br />

the guidance of instructors from the Kanata<br />

Sailing Club.<br />

<strong>Camp</strong> OTONAbee<br />

Western Riders Level 1, 8-13 years<br />

(Western saddle)<br />

Two <strong>ca</strong>mps in one, this <strong>ca</strong>mp is for <strong>ca</strong>mpers<br />

who want to experience <strong>Otonabee</strong> but also<br />

learn how to ride a horse. <strong>Camp</strong>ers will<br />

spend half of each day at Pinto Valley Ranch<br />

learning to ride and <strong>ca</strong>re for horses.<br />

Western Riders Level 2, 11-13 years<br />

(Western saddle)<br />

For <strong>ca</strong>mpers with more experience. This<br />

<strong>ca</strong>mp will again spend half of each day at<br />

Pinto Valley Ranch further developing their<br />

western riding skills. <strong>Camp</strong>ers will learn to<br />

hitch a wagon and have an opportunity to<br />

go for a trail ride.<br />

Young Equestrians 1/2 <strong>Day</strong>, 8-13 years<br />

(English saddle)<br />

Two <strong>ca</strong>mps in one, this <strong>ca</strong>mp is for<br />

beginners looking to experience English<br />

saddle horseback riding at Linsell Farms for<br />

half the day and participating in <strong>Otonabee</strong><br />

<strong>Camp</strong> programs for the other half of each<br />

day.<br />

Young Equestrians Full <strong>Day</strong>, 10-13 years<br />

(English saddle)<br />

Spending a full day at Linsell Farms<br />

<strong>ca</strong>mpers will have an opportunity to focus<br />

more on their English style riding skills.<br />

<strong>Camp</strong>ers will also learn about life on a farm<br />

and working with and <strong>ca</strong>ring for horses.<br />

Outdoor Girls, 11-13 years<br />

This girl’s only program is similar to a<br />

general <strong>ca</strong>mp program with the added<br />

bonus of only participating with other girls.<br />

Not only will the girls get to experience<br />

all elements of an outdoor <strong>ca</strong>mp but also<br />

participate in workshops on topics such as<br />

body image and healthy eating.<br />

<strong>Camp</strong> OTONAbee<br />

Young Naturalist, 9-12 years<br />

The Young Naturalist program is focused on<br />

nature activities – learning about pond life,<br />

ecosystems, the natural environment and<br />

the life within it. <strong>Camp</strong>ers will also have an<br />

opportunity to participate in rock climbing,<br />

paddling, high ropes and teambuilding<br />

activities.<br />

Leadership Programs<br />

The <strong>Otonabee</strong> <strong>Day</strong> <strong>Camp</strong> Leadership<br />

Programs offer excellent experience and<br />

training for potential <strong>ca</strong>mp counselors and<br />

future community leaders.<br />

<strong>Otonabee</strong> Leadership programs are four<br />

weeks long and designed through a<br />

progressive model to allow participants to<br />

not only experience leadership activities<br />

and concepts but to develop and improve<br />

upon these skills.<br />

<strong>Otonabee</strong> Leaders*, 15-16 years<br />

Part two of the leadership program is for<br />

graduates of part one and will expose<br />

<strong>ca</strong>ndidates to the soft skills that are so<br />

important in counseling and as community<br />

leaders. Participants will continue to refine<br />

their hard skills but focus primarily on<br />

themes such as group dynamics, behavior<br />

management, risk management and<br />

program development.<br />

*<strong>Otonabee</strong> Leaders will spend a portion of<br />

each week working towards earning a Bronze<br />

Medallion or Cross swimming certifi<strong>ca</strong>tion.<br />

Leaders in Training*, 14-15 years<br />

Part one of the leadership program focuses<br />

on hard skill development such as <strong>ca</strong>noeing,<br />

kayaking, rock climbing and leadership<br />

training. Be<strong>ca</strong>use the focus is on hard skills,<br />

<strong>ca</strong>mpers will be expected to not only refine<br />

their own skills but also understand the<br />

concepts of safety and instruction in each<br />

activity.<br />

Busing to <strong>ca</strong>mp is part of the experience! We’re pleased to offer <strong>ca</strong>mpers daily bus transportation to<br />

and from <strong>Camp</strong> <strong>Otonabee</strong> at no additional cost. For safety reasons, we ask that your child remains<br />

At Y <strong>Neighbourhood</strong> <strong>Day</strong> <strong><strong>Camp</strong>s</strong>, our goal<br />

is to provide your child with countless<br />

opportunities and experiences for growth and<br />

friendship. Each <strong>ca</strong>mp program is designed<br />

with age-specific outcomes, rooted in our<br />

four core Y values; honesty, <strong>ca</strong>ring, respect<br />

and responsibility. Children and youth aged<br />

three to 15 take part in engaging activities in<br />

gymnasiums, swimming pools, activity rooms<br />

and more. A summer filled with excitement,<br />

fun, challenge and adventure is what Y<br />

<strong>Neighbourhood</strong> <strong>Day</strong> <strong><strong>Camp</strong>s</strong> are all about!


Tiny Tots, 3-5 years<br />

These youngsters will expect to have days<br />

filled with crafts, games, songs and various<br />

indoor and outdoor activities. The “Tiny Tots”<br />

will interact with children their own age and<br />

will assist them in preparing for future school<br />

environments. Oc<strong>ca</strong>sionally <strong>ca</strong>mpers will enjoy<br />

special guests, and lo<strong>ca</strong>l field trips will be<br />

planned.<br />

My <strong>Camp</strong>, 6-9 years<br />

Choose your own adventure! My <strong>Camp</strong><br />

features theme weeks and traditional summer<br />

day <strong>ca</strong>mp activities, enhanced by a mix of<br />

personal choice activities. Every day <strong>ca</strong>mpers<br />

get to choose two personal choice activities<br />

that relate to the theme of the week. Choice<br />

activities are a minimum of one hour and 15<br />

minutes. To top off the My <strong>Camp</strong> experience,<br />

a daily recreational swim or weekly beach trip<br />

(for Ys without a pool) is included.<br />

Week 6 – Nature of Things<br />

<strong>Camp</strong>ers learn about our environment,<br />

creatures and creepy crawlers. Learn new ways<br />

to help your community and the planet.<br />

Week 7 - Super Science<br />

Have you ever wanted to get your hands on<br />

some goo that you made all by yourself? Well,<br />

Super Science is the <strong>ca</strong>mp for you! In this <strong>ca</strong>mp,<br />

you will make crystal snowflakes, paper weights,<br />

do some painting and much more!<br />

Week 8 – Amazing Race<br />

Take part in this exciting treasure hunt that<br />

will take you around the world! <strong>Camp</strong>ers must<br />

decipher successive clues, find their route on<br />

the map, and then complete creative, physi<strong>ca</strong>l<br />

and mental challenges to earn clues that will<br />

continue the journey...you never know what<br />

the next adventure will be or what part of the<br />

world it will take you to.<br />

<strong>Neighbourhood</strong> DAY <strong><strong>Camp</strong>s</strong><br />

Week 1 – Summer Safari<br />

Each day’s game will be animal related: crab<br />

soccer, monkey s<strong>ca</strong>mper, bears in the <strong>ca</strong>ve.<br />

We will have a special guest come in to speak<br />

to the kids. Of course, we will see ‘who let the<br />

dogs out’, Lions In The den, Octopus tag and<br />

learn Animal yoga moves.<br />

Week 2 – Sports Extravaganza<br />

You will be on the move all week with sports!<br />

Enjoy sports that you know, and others that<br />

you’ve never played before!<br />

Week 9 – Blast From the Past<br />

Time to say “Peace Out” to summer with a<br />

de<strong>ca</strong>de-theme week! Bring costumes from<br />

different de<strong>ca</strong>des to spice up the style and to<br />

make those old memories into new ones. Pick<br />

your favorite de<strong>ca</strong>de and wear that costume to<br />

the dance be<strong>ca</strong>use we might just play a song<br />

from that generation! It’s gonna be like, totally<br />

groovy man!<br />

Week 3 – Lights! Camera! Action!<br />

You and your group will work together to<br />

present a skit at the end of the week for our<br />

<strong>Camp</strong> Talent Show. Your group will also have<br />

the opportunity to express themselves through<br />

the art of photography.<br />

Everyone loves a <strong>ca</strong>rnival! Come play some<br />

games and soak your favorite counsellor. You<br />

may even get a chance to hit them in the face<br />

<strong>Neighbourhood</strong> DAY <strong><strong>Camp</strong>s</strong><br />

Y Adventurers, 10-12 years<br />

This <strong>ca</strong>mp is designed to challenge, teach new<br />

skills, and have <strong>ca</strong>mpers participate in an action<br />

packed safe <strong>ca</strong>mp. <strong>Camp</strong>ers will take part in<br />

games, sports, art, drama, special events and<br />

more.<br />

Week 1 – Animal Nation<br />

Animals ancient and modern: Fur, Feathers, and<br />

S<strong>ca</strong>les. Visit the natural world of animals from<br />

microscopic beasts to whales and dinosaurs.<br />

Explore animals of today and their ancient<br />

ancestors.<br />

Week 2 – Shape Up<br />

Learn how your body works, participate in<br />

fitness classes and by the end of the week you<br />

may well have found something new to add to<br />

your active lifestyle.<br />

Week 3 – <strong><strong>Camp</strong>s</strong> Got Talent<br />

Take the stage and have fun performing every<br />

day of <strong>ca</strong>mp. Master the art of telling a joke.<br />

Enjoy being the star of a play. Lip sync to great<br />

musi<strong>ca</strong>l numbers. Choreograph musi<strong>ca</strong>l skits<br />

with a group, and enjoy the applause of the<br />

other <strong>ca</strong>mpers. Play charades and experience<br />

how easy it is to use body language to talk for<br />

you. Be a star every day of <strong>ca</strong>mp!<br />

Week 4 - Hike on a Bike<br />

A two-wheeled exploration! <strong>Camp</strong>ers explore<br />

bike paths with <strong>ca</strong>mp leaders. <strong>Camp</strong>ers must<br />

have their own bike, helmet and lock.<br />

Week 5 - Carnival <strong>Camp</strong><br />

Everyone loves a <strong>ca</strong>rnival! Come play some<br />

games and soak your favorite counsellor. You<br />

may even get a chance to hit them in the face<br />

Week 6 - Rhythms of the Earth<br />

Everything we do on our planet is connected.<br />

This week we will get our hands covered in<br />

earth, make friends with red wigglers, grow our<br />

own seeds, learn the patterns of lo<strong>ca</strong>l wildlife,<br />

and find our own rhythm that connects us to<br />

our earth.<br />

Week 7 - Everyday Chemistry<br />

What makes the bubbles in soda pop? Why do<br />

things explode? We’ll make gooey slime and do<br />

more hands-on activities to safely explore this<br />

fun topic using ordinary ingredients.<br />

Week 8 – Amazing Race<br />

Take part in this exciting treasure hunt that<br />

will take you around the world! <strong>Camp</strong>ers must<br />

decipher successive clues, find their route on<br />

the map, and then complete creative, physi<strong>ca</strong>l<br />

and mental challenges to earn clues that will<br />

continue the journey...you never know what the<br />

next adventure will be or what part of the world<br />

it will take you to.<br />

Week 9 – Blast From the Past<br />

Time to say “Peace Out” to summer with a<br />

de<strong>ca</strong>de-theme week! Bring costumes from<br />

different de<strong>ca</strong>des to spice up the style and to<br />

make those old memories into new ones. Pick<br />

your favorite de<strong>ca</strong>de and wear that costume to<br />

the dance be<strong>ca</strong>use we might just play a song<br />

from that generation! It’s gonna be like, totally<br />

groovy man!

Programs<br />

Babysitting Course, 11-14 years<br />

Future babysitters gain the knowledge, skills<br />

and confidence needed to supervise children<br />

responsibly and effectively. Topics include<br />

age characteristics of children, creating a<br />

<strong>ca</strong>ring environment, handling challenging<br />

situations, safety, and keeping kids active.<br />

Participants are challenged to put their<br />

new skills and knowledge to the test in<br />

short placements under the guidance of an<br />

experienced staff member.<br />

<strong>Neighbourhood</strong> DAY <strong><strong>Camp</strong>s</strong><br />

Girls Unplugged, 10-13 years<br />

This <strong>ca</strong>mp is for girls only! Join us for a weeklong<br />

celebration of girlhood. Girls build skills<br />

in the areas of leadership, teambuilding, self<br />

awareness and positive self-esteem. <strong>Camp</strong>ers<br />

learn from interactive group activities,<br />

storytelling, crafts, sports and individual<br />

reflection.<br />

Guys Unplugged, 10-13 years<br />

This <strong>ca</strong>mp is for boys only! Join us for a weeklong<br />

celebration of boyhood. Guys build<br />

skills in the area of leadership, teambuilding,<br />

self-awareness, and positive self-esteem.<br />

Lo<strong>ca</strong>l community male leaders will stop by to<br />

discuss today’s issues that affect young men.<br />

Get inspired and start building a foundation<br />

for success.<br />

Counsellors in Training, 13-15 years<br />

Start learning on how you <strong>ca</strong>n become a<br />

YMCA-YWCA <strong>Day</strong> <strong>Camp</strong> Counsellor. Our<br />

qualified counsellors will teach the young<br />

leader about teamwork, cooperation,<br />

introductory leadership development and<br />

initiative taking. Basic program planning skills<br />

will also be taught and future opportunities<br />

to volunteer within our YMCA-YWCA and its<br />

programs will be offered. Enjoy learning and<br />

working alongside <strong>ca</strong>mp staff and see how<br />

much fun it is working with young people.<br />

Junior Lifeguard Club, 13-15 years<br />

Discover what it takes to be a lifeguard!<br />

Participants develop lifesaving and first aid<br />

skills, improve fitness levels, learn leadership<br />

and teamwork skills, and strive for personal<br />

bests.<br />

Prerequisite: <strong>Camp</strong>ers must meet the<br />

Lifesaving Society’s Swim to Survive standard<br />

(roll into deep water, tread water for 1 minute,<br />

and swim at least 50 metres).<br />

Pre-Season Conditioning, 13-15 years<br />

This <strong>ca</strong>mp will introduce participants<br />

to expert training in various strength<br />

and conditioning areas. A Strength and<br />

Conditioning Coach will work with you<br />

on developing power, agility, speed and<br />

quickness.<br />

Our Pricing<br />

At the Y, we are proud to offer superior quality <strong>ca</strong>mps<br />

at an affordable price. Our prices are listed on pages<br />

12-13, along with our session dates.<br />

Extended <strong>Day</strong> <strong>Camp</strong> (EDC) is available to<br />

accommodate schedules and allow kids an<br />

opportunity to get more out of <strong>ca</strong>mp! Extended<br />

hours are 7:30 am – 9:00 am and 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm.<br />

An additional charge of $17/week (for mornings or<br />

afternoons only) or $34/week (both mornings and<br />

afternoons. Please add the appropriate fee to the EDC<br />

column in the registration form.<br />

If you have a current Y Family or Youth Membership,<br />

then you are eligible to receive a 10% discount on<br />

Our Policies<br />

Refunds and Transfers<br />

Requests for refunds must be made in writing - by<br />

mail, email or fax. The <strong>ca</strong>mp fee per session, less the<br />

$50 deposit, will be refunded if <strong>ca</strong>ncellation occurs at<br />

least two weeks before the session begins. No refunds<br />

will be issued if less than two weeks notice is given.<br />

Requests for transfers must be made in writing – by<br />

mail, email or fax. Deposits are non-transferable. There<br />

is a $5 fee for transfers between sessions. All transfers<br />

must be completed at least two weeks prior to the<br />

start of the session date. No refunds will be issued<br />

if a <strong>ca</strong>mper is asked to leave the <strong>ca</strong>mp program for<br />

behavioural reasons.<br />

Behaviour Management<br />

YMCA-YWCA summer day <strong>ca</strong>mps provide a healthy,<br />

safe and secure environment. <strong>Camp</strong> staff and<br />

managers will redirect <strong>ca</strong>mper behaviour and respond<br />

to inappropriate choices on an individual basis.<br />

Children who attend our <strong>ca</strong>mps are expected to follow<br />

these behaviour guidelines:<br />

• We are all responsible for our own actions<br />

• We respect each other and the environment<br />

• Honesty is the basis of our relationships and<br />

interactions<br />

• We <strong>ca</strong>re for ourselves and those around us<br />

• Communi<strong>ca</strong>tion between parents and our staff is<br />

crucial to ensure that all participants are successful<br />

at our <strong>ca</strong>mps. <strong>Camp</strong>ers may be asked to leave a<br />

program if their behaviour is negatively affecting<br />

their experience or safety or those of other <strong>ca</strong>mpers<br />

and staff. No refunds will be issued if a <strong>ca</strong>mper is<br />

asked to leave the <strong>ca</strong>mp program for behavioural<br />

reasons.<br />

Important to Know<br />

• <strong>Camp</strong>ers must be signed in/out by an adult 16 years<br />

of age or older everyday.<br />

• To avoid delays, please arrive five minutes before the<br />

bus is scheduled to arrive and depart.<br />

• Bus schedules are approximate and delays will occur.<br />

• If your child will not be attending <strong>ca</strong>mp on any given<br />

day, please <strong>ca</strong>ll to let us know at 613.832.1234.<br />

• Please make us aware of your child’s allergies and/<br />

or medi<strong>ca</strong>l conditions and/or any changes in your<br />

child’s health while at <strong>ca</strong>mp.<br />

• Please send your child to <strong>ca</strong>mp with sunscreen, a<br />

hat, bug spray, a healthy lunch, healthy snacks, extra<br />

drinks, a reusable water bottle, weather appropriate<br />

clothing, a swimsuit, towel, beach sandals/shoes.<br />

• <strong><strong>Camp</strong>s</strong> operate rain or shine, please dress your child<br />

appropriately<br />

• The Y will not be responsible for lost or stolen items<br />

— remember to label all of your child’s belongings.<br />

• Electronic devices (iPods, cell phones, <strong>ca</strong>meras, etc.)<br />

are not permitted at <strong>ca</strong>mp.<br />

• The safety of all <strong>ca</strong>mpers is the Y’s number one<br />

priority. Please assist counsellors by speaking with<br />

your child about the importance of listening to and<br />

following <strong>ca</strong>mp rules.
