TASK: You are to use your handout Exercise and Fitness - Rope Jumping and
create one of the products below. Your task is to explain the health benefits that
come from jumping rope and to encourage your audience to be more physically
active. You are to address the following: 1. Why jump rope, 2. What you need, 3.
How to jump rope, and 4. the Workout program as discussed in your handout. You
also are expected to use the following number of additional resources to complete
